Two bedrooms: 1 x Double, 1 x twin. Bathroom has bath with shower over, WC and basin. Kitchen with dining table and wood burning range oven. Sitting room with wood burning stove. Reading snug room.

Night storage heaters with wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice box, microwave, wood bruning range oven. TV, Blue ray DVD, DAB radio, good selection of DVD's. Off raod parking for 3 cars. Enclosed lawn with large patio and garden furniture. Pubs, shop and restaurants 4 miles. Private water supply from a spring using a reverse UV osmosis system and is safe to drink. Whilst this property does not allow pets is is not suitable for guests with pet allergies. Due to the location, WiFi can be limited. Please note that access to upstairs twin room is steep - not suitable for the less able. There is a good housekeeping bond in place for this property.
