One of the few properties in Puerto Banús with a private Harvia Finnish SAUNA. This stylish 2 bedroom apartment is just 100m from the beach, offers 2 bathrooms, secure underground parking with designated parking space, beautiful views of the sea and the beach, well equipped kitchen, and high-speed fibre optic WiFi.
The soundproofed apartment is located just a few steps from all the glitz and the glamour of the world famous Puerto Banús Marina.
The space:
The spacious 115m2 apartment offers guests a unique apartment experience by providing them with their very own private sauna. The Finnish sauna is made of termo aspen, and is located on the covered solarium, with breakfast bar and direct stunning sea views.
The apartment has separate air conditioning units in each bedroom as well as the living room, with the property being renovated as of 2019.
The two bedrooms are comfortably furnished, the master is fitted with a queen sized bed, and the guest bedroom has 2 twin sized beds. The 2 bathrooms both offer high pressure showers.
Despite being a very short distance from the excitement of Puerto Banús' restaurants and nightlife (20 metres), guests need not worry about being disturbed at night, as the windows are all double (in some case triple) glazed and are completely soundproof. It is also a very short walk (100m) to the closest beach next to the marina.
The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances, including: fridge/freezer, oven, stove, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. And has all the utensils expected of a luxury property.
The master bedroom and living room both offer UHD smart televisions (Netflix etc), and the living room has an IPTV box that offers international channels. There is fast WiFi throughout the property.
Rental of the apartment also includes a designated private parking space in the underground parking below the apartment. This is reachable with direct elevator access.

Fantastic Port Location and no noise!
Super comfortable and remodeled, it had everything we needed to enjoy Marbella and Puerto Banus without any noise whatsoever! The building is a bit older and there are no amenities in terms of pool or gym, but the apartment itself was wonderfully updated a few years ago. There are a/c units in each room which keeps the apartment cool, and two of the windows have gorgeous views to the north of the bay of Marbella. The beds are very comfortable and there's lots of closet/storage space. You can literally walk out your door to all of the shops and restaurants, including El Corte Ingles. My best tip if you want to go into Marbella proper is to take the ferry from the port. That was wonderful!! The management company was super, and their office is very close by if you need anything. Highly recommend!!

What a fabulous apartment. Lovely sea views, very comfy sofas and beds. Decent showers in the bathrooms. Everything you could need. 2 min walk to the marina and beach. Fab places to eat in walking distance. Short walk to massive El Corte Ingles department store and food hall. Had a super time.
