Spacious and capacious cottage with open air near the sea

Small house located in a quiet area, convenient to the pedestrian area and the beach.
Close to all services such as shops, pharmacy and supermarket.
It is arranged on two levels, on the ground floor there is the kitchenette with exit to the outside, a bathroom, a double bedroom and the living room with double sofa bed.
Upstairs, there are two other bedrooms, one with a double and single bed, the other with 4 single beds (on the ground) and a second bathroom.
In the front there is space to park your car and in the back there is an open space where you can eat outside.
Just 250 meters or 4 minutes on foot you can reach the beach, shops and pedestrian street.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, microwave, TV and fridge with freezer compartment.
