Beautiful apartment with a large terrace where you can enjoy its privileged views of the entire coast of Adeje. Located in a quiet residential complex, with separate entrance and community pool. Completely exterior, very bright and a few minutes by car from the main beaches and tourist spots in the south of the island, besides having a great connection with the highway. This house has all the ingredients for a unique vacation.

With capacity for 2 people, with a large bedroom with fitted wardrobes and double bed, 1 bathroom, equipped kitchen, living room, Wifi Internet and terrace with stunning views of the Costa Adeje.Located in a quiet residential complex with parking areas, a few minutes drive from the beach, restaurants and the main points of interest in the south of the island.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, terrace with incredible views, fridge, microwave, oven, hair dryer, wireless Internet, sheets and shower towels.

The property is not suitable for babies. There is no cot or high chair available.

For reasons of coexistence and respect for the neighbourhood, no celebrations, meetings or parties are allowed in the accommodation. Reservations made by persons under 25 years of age will not be accepted.

Check-in after 10 p.m. incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.

On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.

The TV is only in English

The accomodation is fine, but there is no dishwasher, and we wating too long the hava technician to review the TV, we received absolutely nothing in the beginning

Massive disappointment

This apartment was very disappointing in that it was poorly equipped for our four week stay and made self catering impossible due to lack of suitable kitchen equipment. The standard of cleanliness was poor and the lavatory was badly stained even though we tried strong bleach to clean it. The linen for bathroom and bedrooms was of very poor quality and needed renewing. The pillows were very uncomfortable and caused neck pains. The apartment was dark due to poor lighting and the kitchen had only one of three lights working. Outside lighting did not work meaning that access during darkness was very dangerous due to the 17 steps to the property. The complex of Balcon del Atlantico is on a very steep incline and older or infirm people would have great difficulty climbing up or down to reach the town of Adeje. The pool is also difficult to reach and is very cold and disgusting sun loungers that urgently require replacement. There were no parasols and the one in the apartment needs replacement. The TV had no English channels. Overall the apartment spoilt our holiday and we were very glad to leave it having spent a small fortune eating in restaurants as the kitchen was so inadequate and the entire place very uncomfortable for a months stay.

Lovely apartment m, would recommend a car

Lovely apartment, it was really spacious and had everything we needed. I’d recommend a car as it’s a good half hour walk into town and very hilly!
