L’avantage principal de ce petit appartement d’une cinquantaine de mètres carrés est sans aucun doute sa localisation : à 50m de la plage, à 10m de la principale artère commerçante, tout proche d’un parking gratuit, au début d’une zone piétonnière. Inconvénients : une trop petite terrasse qui impose de quitter l’appartement pour être dehors (mais il y a de nombreux bancs publics près de la plage, à quelques dizaines de mètres), et la mauvaise isolation acoustique par rapport à l’extérieur. Au final : positif.
