It is located just 15 minutes from the center of Gijón and Aviles and 20 minutes from Oviedo, in the quiet village of Quintueles.

The farm has a large garden of 5,000 m2, with fruit trees and numerous areas to enjoy: swimming pool with gazebo and barbecue, solarium ...

It has a large tennis court, where you will also find baskets. Inside the chalet there is a ping pong table and a children's playground.

Just 5 minutes from the Ñora beach and mountain routes, Finca Canal is the ideal place for the family.

Lovely property - a bit tough in the summer

Everything was absolutely lovely - the house was spacious, clean, and ideal. The only minor issue (which was somewhat rough coming in from the Americas) was that there was a dog barking and other animals making noise loudly into the night, but there are no fans or A/C, so the windows had to be open. There are no window screens and there were mosquitoes biting us and buzzing our ears... so it was a bit hard to sleep (especially with jet lag). These conditions (no screens/air conditioning) seem quite common through the region and Spain - so no issue at the property, just something to be aware of in trip planning.
