Traditional house on the Asturian coast.
Our accommodation is located on the coast of the province of Asturias, specifically in Argüero, a small village in the marina of Villaviciosa.
The traditional construction and the furniture give it a special charm, the caring garden that surrounds it and the landscape that you can enjoy from it, with all the comforts in the interior will provide you with unforgettable days.
It is a large house where there is room inside for 10 people, although it can be extended in two spacious rooms in the loft up to a maximum of 16 people.
It is divided into 3 floors where you will have all the amenities, starting with the common areas, such as:
-Located in the corridor, the kitchen communicated with the dining room, which has 2 large dining tables and their set of chairs as well as utensils so you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner for groups of up to 16 people. Contiguous is the kitchen, which has appliances and utensils to make the best recipes.
-Various rooms, of which one of them, which is on the ground floor, has a set of armchairs with fireplace and television; while the one on the second floor has a library.
- 4 common bathrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, and another in the attic.
- The attic, with 2 different rooms and beds with which the maximum capacity would be formed.
In the exteriors, we have:
Portal covered with furniture.
Very spacious and well-kept garden with swings and several corners with furniture.
In the low season, only part of the house can be rented as the rooms are divided into two independent apartments. In this case, the other apartment is closed, in no case is the use of the accommodation shared.
The first apartment, El limonero, has capacity for 4 people, and consists of:
2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a couple of single beds. A full bathroom
The second apartment has capacity for 6 people, is El Magnolio and has:
3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the remaining 2, with a couple of single beds. A full bathroom
