We are located on a reef for the best snorkeling outside your door.
The finest food and cocktails are just across the street at award winning Restaurant Pappagallo. Grocery store is minutes away and local buses and taxis are available however a rental car is recommended to explore the island.

We loved it at the Villa! The view is stunning and my wife said this place ruined our future stay views from here on out because it was so beautiful. Very clean and had all of the amenities. Mary has all of the appliances, utensils, bowls, cups, etc. Also had oil and spices for cooking and games under the big TV. Communication was great as well. Would stay again 100%.

Mary was a pleasure to work with! What an amazing host! The Villa was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The drive to find a beach and go to dinner was about 15 minutes each way. The weather was not ideal when we were there, but I’m sure it would be lovely to sit on the beach right by the Villa. We were unable to use the pool, but that was just a few steps away. The community was very, very quiet and private. Thank you, Mary for everything.

Beautiful condo on a secluded beach. Great host, everything you need plus a wonderful restaurant across the street. Great beach, patio and pool furniture. Comfortable bed and sitting areas. It was hot out, and the ac and fans were great.

This place was absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend it enough. We really liked the West Bay area and this place was quiet, calm and beautiful. Everything was well appointed. The bed and couch were incredibly comfortable! We didn’t cook at the house, but they had everything we would’ve needed plus great glassware! Nobody wants to drink wine out of a plastic cup IMHO, and they had many options. (Including plastic wine cups for the pool )We had breakfast next door at Nourish and it was incredible! We also hit Calypso Grill, Pappagallo, and Nova in the West Bay area. We don’t normally return to the same location, but we would definitely stay at this place again!

very pleased with this villa for our one week stay in GC. VILLA was clean and quiet, north but near several restaurants, beaches, and activities. The property management did a great job in making the grounds ready for visitors after the hurricane.

Very nicely appointed apartment 30 feet from the beach

My wife and I had a lovely time at this one-bedroom apt away from all the hustle-bustle of 7-mile beach, etc. Clean, safe, amid a small (36 units), pretty complex with a big, beautiful beach. Great snorkeling. Good restaurants nearby. The host was very good at keeping in touch and quick to respond to any questions. We plan on returning!

Paradise Found!

This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed in. The unit is well furnished and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Mary has thought of every detail and she was a pleasure to work with. We were able to watch every sunrise from the patio and did not miss a single sunset from the beach which is just steps away. The property is very well maintained and we found just what we were looking for, Peace and Quiet! Lovely Villa with Beautiful View

The property and grounds are maintained well! Absolutely superb in every way. 10/10. The property is even nicer than the photos as much of the furniture has been further modernized. It was immaculate. The location is amazing — you are ten yards from a private beach. It is on the very quiet side of the island, a block from the national park and across the street from what is possibly the best restaurant on Grand Cayman. Cannot say enough positive things. We loved it.

Beautiful condo on a quiet area of grand cayman

We had a lovely but brief visit and especially enjoyed the short walk to the beaches. the area is very quiet and away from the bustle of the cruise ship crowds. There are several fantastic restaurants nearby but renting a car was definitely worthwhile. The check in process was straight forward and. You the owner and property manager were quick to resolve a minor issue. We very much look forward to our next stay here!

Boutique yet away from the hustle

Great property. Updated appliances, decor and clean. Quite, relaxing beach with lounge chairs. We are frequent visitors to Cayman during the low season and I could not let myself pay for high season prices at a condo or resort on 7 mile beach. Instead of paying for 7 mile, we visited it and so happy with that choice!

Perfect Vacation Stay with Gorgeous View

Within steps from the beach with breathtaking views. Relaxing, peaceful and quiet pool, beach and pier. Condo is well equipped with kitchen well stocked and plenty of towels and linens. We were short one beach towels and Mary responded quickly with three more. Two sleeper sofas were available but my teenagers just slept on the sectionals. A must stay for anyone who want to get.away. Convenient by vehicles with a short ride to groceries and other stores.

My wife and I entertained large group over on 7 Mile Beach. We wanted to unwind for 3 days after family had left. This property was perfect. Clean, very comfortable, and cozy. Nicely furnished, had everything you needed and then some. Great Ocean views, with lovely pool. Grounds of condo was well kept and staff very friendly. Nice restaurants very close by. This property is located in a quiet area and very peaceful and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy beautiful Cayman Islands in a serene location..

Your own piece of private paradise

My wife and I stayed at this property extending a company Presidents Club that was held at the Ritz. We both concluded that we enjoyed this portion of the trip the most! The location is next to an area that can not be developed so has miles of a basically deserted beach. Everyone in the complex was super nice and the unit was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful and the views incredible. Thank you.

Wonderful Stay

Mary’s villa is absolutely great. We had a wonderful stay in this 1 br villa. The property is furnished with luxurious furniture and high end fixtures. We chose the second week of October to stay. The ambience was quiet and tranquil. The garden was well manicured and pleasant looking. The beach was literally steps away from the balcony where we had breakfast with sea view. I could not illustrate far more beyond description: 5 star. Thanks Mary for your hospitality. We will be back next year.

Great Stay

The property is fantastic with just a mere 10 steps to the beach and 20 to the pool. It’s quite and peaceful from the hustle and bustle of seven mile. While the ocean water isn’t great for swimming it’s a short car ride to the islands amazing beaches. The place itself is updated with all amenities provided. Right across the street is one of the best restaurants on the island. Truly a great place!

Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful Villa! Loved everything about it. George met us within minutes of arriving. The Villa was fully stocked and Mary pays attention to every detail needed. The bed was very comfortable and I slept great every night, which is rare for me when I am someplace different. Very quiet and a beautiful reef and beach steps away! We stayed on the East side our first visit to Cayman and we loved the location here, on the West end. Close to magnificent beaches, reefs, and Restaurants. We absolutely loved Pappagallo restaurant! Gerardo was so pleasant every time we went there (4 times) during our stay. The food was amazing and the restaurant is directly across the street.
