The villa in the countryside is a modern and bright villa located 2 minutes drive from the town center, San Vito dei Normanni, near to Ostuni, 10 minutes from the sea and the beaches of the Natural Reserve of Torre Guaceto, and 20 minutes from the airport of Brindisi.
The villa is located in a quiet, illuminated and inhabited area, a favorite destination for joggers. The large outdoor area, completely fenced, allows guests to relax in the shade of the olive tree and the well-equipped veranda is perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Accommodates up to 6 people. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a double sofa bed, a full bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a double bedroom with a single bed and, on request, a cot, and finally a bedroom with a single bed or sofa bed matrimonial.

Ottima vacanza

Ho passato due settimane presso la struttura e mi sono trovato benissimo. Arredamento funzionale e moderno, spazio esterno esclusivo molto abbondante, ottima la pulizia dei locali, posizione in campagna ma non distante dal centro cittadino e dai supermercati e non eccessivamente distante dal mare. Rosa, la proprietaria dell'immobile si è dimostrata molto cordiale e disponibile anche nell'affrontare mie esigenze occorse al momento e senza preavviso. L'unico neo un barbecue un po' piccolo. Sicuramente ci tornerò.
