The villa in the countryside is a modern and bright villa located 2 minutes drive from the town center, San Vito dei Normanni, near to Ostuni, 10 minutes from the sea and the beaches of the Natural Reserve of Torre Guaceto, and 20 minutes from the airport of Brindisi.
The villa is located in a quiet, illuminated and inhabited area, a favorite destination for joggers. The large outdoor area, completely fenced, allows guests to relax in the shade of the olive tree and the well-equipped veranda is perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Accommodates up to 6 people. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a double sofa bed, a full bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a double bedroom with a single bed and, on request, a cot, and finally a bedroom with a single bed or sofa bed matrimonial.
There is also air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, garden table and chairs, barbecue, sunbeds, swing and private parking.
