About this property

Villa with heated pool and land of 20 acres

The villa "Les Camélias", near Sainte-Maxime in the Gulf of St-Tropez, welcomes you and your family, in a quiet and picturesque environment on the heights of ISSAMBRES, on a closed ground of 2,000 m² with a pool 10m X 4. 5m accessible from 01 / to 31/10, heated (from 1/05 to 30/09 except July - August) .At only 600 m from the sea, and with a superb view, you can enjoy the surrounding nature to recharge your batteries and visit the sites of the region.

Our villa offers two possibilities of renting: the complete house which can welcome up to 12 people or only the upper part which can accomodate up to 5 people.

It consists of 6 rooms on 2 levels not communicating:
Ground floor: 4 bedrooms, living room, new kitchen, terrace, 2 bathrooms
1 bedroom with a bed of 1,40m
1 blind room with a bed of 1,40m
1 bedroom with 2 beds of 80 cm
1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 80 cm (+ possibility bed drawer)

The top part :
2 large bedrooms with 1.60m bed each with 1 bedroom with open sea view (+ foldable bed that can be added)
2 bathrooms
1 new fitted kitchen opening onto a terrace + barbecue
1 private pool 10m X4. 5 m
1 large living room with fireplace
1 large veranda with magnificent sea views

The pool is equipped with a protective blanket.
Parking in the condominium for multiple vehicles
Internet access

Great villa with nice location!

We had a fantastic stay at the villa which is very nice located, close to the beach and other Côte d’Azur destinations. We were with 8 people in total and rented the entire villa with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All well equipped, beautiful views and a large swimming pool. To summarize………we had a wonderful holiday!

Das Haus ist schon ein bisschen älter, aber in einem gepflegten Zustand. Durch die Hanglage hat man einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und vor allem der Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ein schönes, großes Haus in guter Lage

Wir waren mit zwei Familien und Omas und Opas hier im Juli 2024. Insgesamt 11 Leute. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler und alles was man benötigt um als Familie eine Woche (und sicher auch länger) eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen. Es sind im Grunde zwei Häuser mit separaten Eingängen. Ein Haus schönes großes Main Haus im Obergeschoss mit zwei Doppelzimmern und ein eher einfacheres “Unterhaus" im Erdgeschoß (Halbkeller) mit vier weiteren Doppelzimmern. Beide Häuser haben eine Küche und sind klimatisiert.

Sehr schönes Haus - Aber....

Summe waren wir Recht zufrieden! Überrascht hat uns in der Preisklasse die zwanghaften Tatsache, das keine Bettwäsche + Handtücher inkludiert war. Was soll man tun, nach 12 Stunden Fahrt... Man nimmt, was man geborten bekommt. Aber zu Preisen, als wenn mit Goldfaden gesponnen würde.

Villa am Meer

Wir sind mit sieben Personen angereist. Die Villa ist sehr schön. Der Blick aus dem Wintergarten aufs Meer ist fantastisch. Der Pool ist groß, allerdings fanden wir ihn recht kalt. Die Lage zum Meer ist super schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die oberen Räume sind sehr schön und klimatisiert. Die unteren Räume sind etwas muffig, aber für uns total ausreichend. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt und das Haus mit dem großen Grundstück sehr genossen. Schwierig war der Kontakt zur Agentur vor Ort. Sehr schlechte Erreichbarkeit am Tag der Anreise. Wenn man nicht französisch spricht, hat man keine Chance! Wir haben sie als insgesamt unfreundlich erlebt. Sie haben auf Fragen nicht geantwortet und waren nicht zuvorkommend. Die Reinigung bei Ankunft war ausreichend für uns. Der Außenbereich war jedoch nicht gereinigt worden. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Calm sur les hauteurs

Grand maison, divisée en 2 appartements. C’est spacieux mais un peu vieillot et mal entretenu. ( sauf les sdb qui sont neuf) Attention dans l’appartement du rez-de-chaussée il y a une chambre double sans fenêtre !
