Thanks for your review. I feel I have to comment and make a few things clear regarding your stay. You were a night late due to a flight delay because of the snowstorm. I refunded you for one night even though I dint need to do that according to the cancellation policy you agreed to at booking. You contacted me regarding the toilet paper roll where I could feel you were upset asking where the other paper rolls are. I received this email 3 days after sending you the $200 refund which you never commented on, which kind of made me upset since I went far and beyond on that. It is clearly stated in the VRBO add that we only provide you with a startup kit including toilet paper, kitchen roll, a few dishwasher tabs, washing detergent etc etc. We also leave a bottle of wine as a nice gesture for all guests. Extra linens are stored in the closet if needed, even if the stay is only 4 nights as in your case. The sofa bed in the living room is queen size so I can’t understand how that is small for a 9-year-old kid, maybe it’s a big kid, but still a big question mark to that. Maybe you didn’t pull it out as described on links and in the welcome letter? The pillows are about $70/piece which is as good as it gets, now of course that is for you to judge but I just want to state that for other possible renters. The restaurant next door only has live music until 10PM since they are not allowed longer unless it’s a special event going on. My guess is that you heard some neighbor having music on. However, or whatever it was, I’m sorry you had to hear that and that it disturbed you. The pool is tempered all year around and set at 78F. I personally agree it’s a bit low, but then I’m kind of a chicken going into a pool colder than 90F. The pool Is cleaned 3 times a week by a local pool company and also maintained by our janitor 5 days a week so it should be clean, especially since we did a 35K resurfacing of it 1 month ago. The hot tub is set on 100F, so you saying it was cold, is something I cant get my head around. Anyway, I’m happy we are on the same page regarding future stays and hope you find what you’re looking for. /Daniel
