This third-floor one-bedroom island resort condo offers an elevator, features a spacious open concept living area and kitchen including a washer and dryer that is perfect for families, entertaining, or enjoying as a couple! Sundial Beach Resort is approximately a 12-minute drive to the Sanibel Lighthouse Beach and Fishing Pier, and is just a few minutes to the Heart of Sanibel where you will find an abundance of restaurant options, boutique shops, and more - easily accessible by bike or car! Your adventure in paradise awaits...

The Sundial West property will continue to be under repair and with active construction in all buildings, you may experience construction noise during your stay. Please also note that elevators and pools may not be available in every building. ****THE ELEVATORS ARE PRESENTLY OPERATIONAL, BUT AS MECHANICAL DEVICES, WE CANNOT ENSURE THEY WILL REMAIN FUNCTIONAL THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED IN CASE OF ELEVATOR MALFUNCTIONS.**
A BUILDING COMMUNITY POOL MAY NOT BE OPERATIONAL DURING YOUR STAY. THE SUNDIAL WEST ASSOCIATION AIMS TO COMPLETE REPAIRS BY SUMMER OF 2025. WE RECOMMEND INQUIRING ABOUT THE CURRENT STATUS OF THE ELEVATORS/POOLS PRIOR TO BOOKING.**

Sundial Resort passes are available for purchase that would allow guests to utilize the resort pool. ** Dining, and Tiki Bar are all open and available for public use. Guests may also purchase access to the resort pool. Guests are welcome to inquire with us prior to booking for current pricing for resort pool use and also availability of Sundial West amenities.

Sanibel Captiva Island Vacations does not administer or guarantee access/availability to the resort pool or pool passes. Guests are responsible for verifying availability and securing passes if they would like to access the resort pool.

CONDO FEATURES
Featuring a King bedroom, sleeper sofa, and bathroom with walk-in shower, Sundial A306 can sleep up to four guests, and includes plenty of space to gather! During your time at this island retreat, dine al fresco on the screened lanai looking out at the Gulf of Mexico, relax in the immaculately maintained community swimming pools, and play a round or more of tennis at the on-site tennis courts! Of course, spending time on Sanibel's powdery beaches cannot be missed. Feel free to use the provided beach towels and beach equipment as you head to the beach - just steps away! Additionally, Sundial A306 is equipped with a washer/dryer so you can easily stay for a week or longer!
