This brand-new ground floor condo features one king bedroom with one bathroom and walk-in shower with sleeper sofa and smart tvs. SUNDIAL I103 can sleep up to four guests and includes plenty of space to gather! During your time at this island retreat, dine al fresco on the spacious screened lanai looking out at the Gulf of Mexico and of course, spending time on Sanibel's powdery beaches cannot be missed. Feel free to use the provided beach towels and beach equipment as you head to the beach - just steps away!
