It is a bright and comfortable ground floor residence of 105m² with a lovely garden, 1 km far from the airport, 1.5 km from organized beaches (Spasmata & Platia Ammos), 6 km from Argostoli. More beaches such as Avithos, Ammes, and Ai Helis Beach are 1,5 km away. There are mini markets, car rental offices, restaurants and café-bars near by. It is fully furnished and equipped. Independent entrance, parking area and no stairs make it ideal for people with mobility problems. In our beautiful courtyard, the visitor can enjoy the large garden, relax in the balcony having marvelous view of the sea or take advantage of the barbeque at the yard. It can be easily used by people with disabilities. It consists of 2 large bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The bright lounge-dinning room has two modern sofas that open up and communicates with the fully equipped kitchen (small appliances and kitchen utensils). The master bedroom has romantic furnishing with a double bed and a open-up sofa. In the second bedroom there is a double bed in the same style. The bathroom is spacious with a corner bathtub and a washing machine. All rooms are air-conditioned with free Wi-fi.

The hosts Elpida and Vangelis love the countryside, the sea and excursions. They have traveled to many European and Asian countries and they know the traveler's needs. They enjoy spending time working on their garden and if you visit them during the summer you will have the opportunity to try their organic vegetables. They are doctors at the hospital on the island. Their permanent residence is in the same property and they are always willing to help you have unforgettable holidays. They have two children. A ''welcome'' gift with fresh fruit, as well as a bottle of wine, awaits guests on arrival. There may be a possibility of early arrival or late departure from the accommodation, upon agreement. Also following agreement, we can transfer you to and from the airport.

The house is located in Svoronata, a village in the southwest of the island in the Livathos, which is famous for its many beautiful beaches. It is 1Km from the airport, 6km from Argostoli, and the famous beaches Platis and Makris Gialos. Organized beaches are within 1-1.5 km with easy access even on foot. At 300m there is the nearest grocery store, but also in the village there are restaurants with possibility of delivery, cafes and car rental. It is an ideal place for hiking or cycling. Every hour there's a bus to organized beaches and Argostoli.
