At 10 min. by car from S. Maria al Bagno is Gallipoli, a reference point for "VIP Holidays", and even closer are the splendid "Santa Caterina" and the unmissable Natural Park of "Porto Selvaggio".
The villa is 800 mt. from the sea easily reachable on foot by a staircase that from the house leads to the sea and about 1,000 m. from the beautiful sandy beaches of Santa Maria al Bagno and / or Santa Caterina.
The house is a house with a breathtaking view of the sea and view of the natural park of Porto Selvaggio built and completed in 2011.
The attic that is rented is of mq. 80 to which are added approx. 200 of equipped outdoor terraces.
The villa has 2 double bedrooms (one double and one triple) air-conditioned each with private bathroom, living room (also air-conditioned) with kitchenette and large windows that allow a breathtaking view, all surrounded by large terraced spaces open.
