With a capacity of up to 8 people plus babies, this villa has 5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 of them en suite), air conditioning, heating, WiFi and many other amenities.



Located just 5 km from the beautiful natural beach Es Trenc, this estate is situated on a large private plot with spectacular views of the island of Cabrera. The natural beach Es Trenc is one of the most popular beaches in Mallorca, with its crystal-clear turquoise waters and white sand. Although there is a good restaurant on the beach and some chiringuitos with live music, if you want a greater variety of restaurant options, cafes, and supermarkets, you should head to Sa Rapita or Colonia de Sant Jordi.



The "Flor de Sal" estate boasts an impressive outdoor area, with a new XXL saltwater pool of 15 meters by 5 meters, outdoor shower, umbrellas, comfortable sun loungers, and chill-out furniture, surrounded by a beautiful garden. You can enjoy a ping-pong table to burn off some extra calories.



Inside, the villa has 605 square meters of living space, professionally furnished and combined with exquisite materials. The ground floor is open and very spacious, with a luxuriously equipped designer kitchen, a huge living room with the highest level sofa area and satellite TV, and a large dining room overlooking the garden. All areas are integrated, but can be separated with practical sliding doors.



Upstairs, you will find 4 additional double bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a private bathroom, while the others share a large bathroom with bathtub and shower. Each room is individually designed and accentuated with creative colors and elements. The house has air conditioning (cold/hot) and free Wi-Fi, as well as comfortable cots and high chairs for the little ones.



The house's terrace is covered and furnished with a large dining table, where you can enjoy a delicious grilled meal on the modern gas grill or on the built-in barbecue at the back of the house. Really beautiful, spacious villa. The outdoor area was the highlight of our stay, especially the huge pool! Loved the whole design. minor aesthetic issues but didn't bother us at all.

Tolle Villa

Die Villa als solche war absolut fabelhaft und es fehlte hier an nichts. Sie war gepflegt und gut ausgestattet, innen modern und hat einen riesigen Außenbereich. Der Service von 5 Stars Home, als auch vom Eigentümer waren leider alles andere als zufriedenstellend. Angefangen bei der Nachfrage, ob ein früherer Check in möglich sei, da wir mit zwei Säuglingen angereist sind. Zuerst hieß es ja, kein Problem, dann ja aber gegen einen Preisaufschlag (den wir bereitwillig zahlen wollten), dann ja, aber erst ab 14 Uhr und schlussendlich hieß es nein , aber man meldet sich über WA bei uns, sobald das Haus gereinigt und bezugsfertig ist . Natürlich hat sich niemand gemeldet und als wir um 16 Uhr zum regulären Check-In kamen war niemand mehr da. Man hatte sich also auch nicht an die letzte Abmachung gehalten. Dann haben wir damals bei Abschluss 10 Leute angegeben , wir sind aber nur zu 9 angereist , also habe ich vor Antritt der Reise um Korrektur der Touristensteuer gebeten. Man sagte mir , ich müsse dies vor Ort ansprechen. Also gesagt getan , vor Ort angesprochen sagte man mir, ich müsste das per Email (wie bereits getan) beantragen. Also habe ich nach dem Urlaub wieder eine email geschrieben und darauf kam dann die Antwort, dass es leider zu spät wäre und dass ich das direkt hätte sagen müssen Reklamationen wie defekte Außensteckdosen und die Erläuterung des ferngesteuerten Toröffner wurden nicht wie besprochen behoben bzw. es konnte uns niemand erklären wie die Technik funktioniert.Für 10.000 Euro bei 2 Wochen Urlaub hätte ich mehr Service erwartet, der hörte nämlich auf als 5Stars das Geld von uns bekommen hatte. Schade!

Ein tolles Haus mit viel Platz in schöner Lage. Leider war die Ausstattung nicht so doll.

Viel Platz mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Die Grundausstattung ist mäßig und das Haus stellenweise ziemlich verwohnt. Wir waren die ersten Gäste zu Beginn er Saison und die "Wiederbelebung" nach dem Winter erfolgte offensichtlich unter starkem Zeitdruck: Glühbirnen funktionierten nicht; Toiltettendeckel kaputt; es fehlte an einem Handfeger/Schaufel.. Einige Dinge wurden zeitnah nachgeliefert - andere nicht. Großes Lob an den Haustechniker- er war sehr sehr bemüht.

maison spectaculaire

La piscine était très agréable. La maison est très lumineuse et spacieuse. La cuisine est spectaculaire et bien équipée. Toutes les chambres sont très grandes et belles. Les jardins m'ont enchanté. Aucune prise en compte des problèmes rencontrés pendant le séjour : Climatisation défaillante ( avait disjoncté ) , demande d’un médecin pour ma fille de 4 ans malade qui n’a pas voulu venir sous prétexte qu’il ne trouvait pas la maison et qu’il devait aller manger ! Maison ayant besoin d’être rénovée notamment au niveau des salles de bain . Et au final , caution de 1000€ encaissée et toujours pas remboursée 10 jours après la fin du séjour .

Sehr schöne Finca. Die Sauberkeit war so gut aber ok. Sonst ist das Haus toll. Super Pool und Umgebung. Service von 5Stars muss dringend verbessert werden. Angebrachte Infos für Reparaturen wurden nicht gemacht. Ein Wasserhahn war 2Wochen defekt obwohl 2x gemeldet, ect. Das ist sehr schade. Auch die Betreung vor Ort sind wir uns anderes gewohnt von anderen Anbietern. Alles in allem haben wir aber einen tolen Urlaub verbracht.

Schönes Haus auf sehr großem Areal in guter Lage

Großes Areal, große Wohnfläche, kinderfreundlich, großer Pool, freistehendes Haus und viel Privatsphäre. Schöne Inneneinrichtung leider mit einigen Gebrauchsspuren. Kfz ist erforderlich, aber das ist auch gut so. Einige Dinge sollten instand gesetzt bzw. grundgereinigt werden, aber es hindert nicht daran, eine schöne Zeit in dem Haus zu verbringen. Wir haben die Zeit genossen und unser Baby hatte sehr viel Spaß im Pool und auf der Schaukel. :-)

Toller Urlaub mit Freunden!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Personen und haben eine Woche in der Finca verbracht! Es war wirklich ein toller Urlaub! Ein tolles Haus, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt: Sehr nah zu Palma und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Das riesige Areal garantiert totale Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Das Highlight ist auf jeden Fall der grosse Pool! Die Kommunikation mit 5StarsHomes hat seit dem Tag der Buchung super geklappt und der Service ist schnell und freundlich! Wir würden dieses Objekt jedem weiterempfehlen! Top!!!

Splendid luxury Finca with huge pool and incredible sunset views, only 15min away from marvelous bea

We were with 6 persons (our 4 kids and both of us). We had a super relaxing holiday (ca. 2 weeks). The house is for sure big enough for 10 persons (don't hesitate). We loved the splendid views, the nice continuous breeze outside giving a cooling feeling during the hot days, spatious and very practical house with top kitchen impressive pool with jets and whirlpool embedded very spatious very strong wifi/internet Loved the personal welcome gift with fridge filled with the needs for the first evening (we arrived only 10pm) and with a huge basket full of the best fruit (and some sweets for our 4 kids which they loved) you can be sure of a very very relaxing stay, with bakery/shops very close (5 min by car), and with the nicest beaches/calas of the island close enough (15 min drive) a big thank you to the owner Joan for giving us some tips and advices on finding our ways and also finding the right shop to hire bikes. Definitely worth to book this finca!! Thank You for this marvelous holidays. Great memories. Not a lot to improve! Loved our stay!
