It worked for while we were there- Pros: lots of dishes to use (normally they give you like 6 sets and thats it)lots of cleaning supplies if you need to sweep up any sand you brought in from the beachParkingfamily of 5 had space to move aroundAIR CONDITIONING Cons: one roll of toilet paper for 5 people for 4 nights,in the loft we opened the cabinet looking for clothes pins (they didn't have any) and they had garbage in there- wrote them once asking about parking (before we got there) and no response, only automated info emails- overall, it was a nice place to stay-
