T4 Grand Townhouse - Old Village Vilamoura

T4 Grand Townhouse set in one of the most beautiful areas of the Old Village complex in Vilamoura, with a lovely Patio and also a Terrace that overlooks the Beach, Swimming Pools and Golf Courses.

Great Place to stay in the Algarve throughout the year, always with a very good climate, hot in the summer, mild in the winter, also really good for large groups or families.

The Old Village complex is one of the best in the Algarve, with 24 hours security, with all the facilities, including supermarket, restaurants, bars, ATM, and shuttle service.

Guests will have access to 3 separate swimming pools available in the complex, free of charge.
The Sun Loungers within the pool areas are paid. (2 Eur per half day per chair)

You can also count with the help of our Management Services Company, that support our guests, for any need that may arise during the stay.

Perfect location for a golfing holiday

We were a group of 9 golfers and this accom was bang on the money. Superb location, cleanliness and very spacious. Communication with the owner Rodrigo was fantastic and he accommodated our check in /check out request and kept us up to date with his decision, which was above and beyond what we expected and made this the perfect accom. This would also suit larger families as is close to 4 pools, mini supermarket, restaurants/bars and of course the Vilamoura marina.

Golfing Holiday

The house was superb. Plenty room for 5 adults and 1 child. We asked for high chair and stair gates which were supplied. They put us onto an airport transfer company which were fantastic. They took us and dropped us back home after golf. I would highly recommend this property and Five Star Transfers.

This is a gorgeous 5 bedroom townhouse. It is well equipped clean, spacious and light. The rooms are large, the beds comfy and the kitchen very well equipped. There is a lovely rooftop terrace with views over the sea, and a built in bbq. It is over 4 floors, so lots of steps, kept us fit😊 the villa is also right outside one of the communal pools, so you don't have to go far to cool down. Rodrigo was great to deal with, and I would definitely recommend this.

Lovely complex - apartment in desperate need of an upgrade

Plus points Lovely complex Great location Well stocked kitchen utensils Lots of space for large groups Early check in/late check out Owner was very responsive pre holiday Minus points Whilst toilets etc were clean floors were very dirty - we had to sweep and mop before we started Broken blinds and shutters that didn’t open Towels are threadbare and none included for the pool so had to wash daily or pay €2 per day per towel Sunbeds on roof were ripped Walls etc are in desperate need of a paint Terrible beds - all of them - mattresses are thin and you can feel every spring Bathrooms are just about holding on - leaky showers Outside garden lights didn’t work Overall I would imagine this was lovingly renovated at some point but has been rented for an extensive period without any upkeep and care which is such a shame

Superb

Beautiful townhouse in a great location. Equipped to the highest standard with enough kitchenware, crockery etc to cater for a group twice the size of ours. Spotless throughout, great roof terrace, ideally located for access to the pools and facilities in The Old Village. Only a 15 minute stroll to the marina with all its bars and restaurants. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Booked as a surprise for 40th birthday and what a treat

From the moment I booked this the owners couldn’t have been more helpful. The flight there was a late one and instructions were clear and accurate as to where to collect the keys from. The owners even gave us a the use of the house until 6pm as our flight wasn’t until the evening. Thank you very much for this! The accommodation is as listed and was ideally situated next to the pool. The roof terrace is a lovely feature. As most of the other reviews state it is only a 15min walk to the marina. The shop and restaurant on site are ideal and food is good. Very quiet this time of year pool empty near to house, pool temp was a little chilly Overall a fabulous stay, clean, comfy. all rooms en-suite wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

The property is just as wonderful as the photos

Have just returned from a 5 night stay with 8 friends. The house was great both position, facilities and very well equipped for a large group. The pool is just outside the door, this with the patio and roof terrace means a lot of options to relax. Vilamoura is easy to get to walking or in a taxi. Finally Rodrigo was most kind I contacted him a couple of times about an extra key and then a late check out, he responded very promptly and positively and very generously allowed us to stay in the house until our transfer home.

The townhouse is in a great location in the Old Village area. Pool area close by and bars and restaurants on the doorstep. It was a 20 minute walk to the marina or a 3.5 Euro taxi The accommodation was really lovely inside - great decor and very well equipped. We will be back!
