Self catering, spacious accommodation for friends and families/large groups. Accommodation consists of :
1 x spacious farmhouse, sleeps 14 + 1 cot.. (& lits pliants).
1 x adjoining cottage, sleeps 10
1 x chalet/bungalow , (just to the side of cottage), sleeps 3
Large private garden/patio, 6metre outside table, ample parking. 2+ hectares surrounding the property. Peaceful setting , 5kms to shops. Local open air pool in summer 5kms at Mortain.
BBQ, games, trampoline. Wifi, Fibre internet, speaker bluetooth, . French TV. Smart TV. Pool table. Fully equipped kitchen in all properties.
Beaches and Mont St Michel 45mn. Theme parks 10 & 20 mins.
Enjoy comfortable accommodation in a private and peaceful setting, with all you need for a family/group holiday. Tourist info and any help required provided, owners live nearby. Well behaved Pets welcome. Cycle track to rear of property.
Weekends possible 18h Friday - 18h Sunday, (please ask if you have other requirements).
Weekly stays (discounted). (flexible arrival/departure day),

Comfortable and spacious inside and out, safe for children to play.
Enjoy the fresh air and plenty of space to relax, or visit the many things to do in this region. Tourist info provided. If you are arranging a soiree please respect the neighbourhood. All ages welcome. °°°please note°°° after speaking to VRBO customer service, there appears to be a bug on the system - regarding the pool, the pool was retired after we had water restrictions in our department the other year, the pool mentioned is the open air pool at Mortain 5KMS.

Réunion de famille bien agréable grâce à ce gîte convivial bien adapté aux groupes et entouré d'un grand terrain. Pas de voisins à proximité. Suzan est une hôte très réactive. A noter que plusieurs chambres n'ont pas de fenêtre. Je recommande.

Hôte très réactive et très sympathique. L'hébergement est super pour une vingtaine de personnes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le salon par son espace et il y avait assez de fauteuils/chaises pour tout le monde.Idéal pour les familles ou pour les soirées entre amis.

Merci pour cette location Lieu calme pas loin de sites à visiter, bien pour les groupes, de plus avec un grand espace extérieur (nous étions 18 : adultes + ados + 1 jeune enfant et 1 bébé) de la place pour tous pour se dépenser. Accueil chaleureux...

Juste incroyable

Avec nos amis, nous avons bien festoyé mon anniversaire. Le lieu est juste incroyable il y beaucoup de place pour dormir et Suzan est très réactive et disponible. Le gîte est très bien entretenu en extérieur. Susan est incroyable et a un bon état d’esprit.

Très bon séjour

Location des 3 logements pour 1 semaine. Emplacement parfait pour le bruit pour faire la fête avec un groupes .Les plus jeunes ont dormi dans la chambre commune ,sinon tout le monde avait sa chambre. Vaisselles suffisantes, matelas des lits confortables. Suzan est très disponible pour de multiples services. Dommage du manque de propreté et du manque d'entretien , malgré cela nous avons tous passé un superbe séjour et fait la fête tous les jours . Je recommande .

Nous sommes tjrs sur les interdictions d'eau et bbq cet été avec le crise sécheresse, aussi le taillage des haies est interdit Mars-Aout toutes les ans (pour futur lecteurs). L'entretien est en cours tout l'année. C'est important pour moi de propose un gite comfortable et acceuilleuse.

Merci pour le commentaire, oui, malheureusement pour moi - 2 mois au moins de tempête avec orage, a tarder notre travaux cet année . Heureusement, c'est que d'un retard et non les grandes dégâts, comme quel que endroits d'Europe et La France cet été. Pas un été normale cet été vue le temps.

Un week end mémorable grâce à Suzan !

Nous avons organisé mes 30 ans avec ma belle brochette d’amis sur deux jours. Suzan nous a tout facilité, ce qui nous a permis de passer un week-end inoubliable. Les chambres étaient bien arrangées, le billard et la batterie font la différence ! Il y a tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine et faire un barbecue. Merci encore, une maison à retenir !
