Apartment classified 3 * renovated in a gated and quiet residence with parking and 50 m from the beach Barri. 10/15 min walk from the city center.
apartment located on the 3rd floor right with future elevator (being installed).
Fully equipped. new kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, induction hob. A large living-dining room with TV, DVD player, music column. 2 bedrooms: 1 with a bed 160 and 1 with 2 beds 90 with possibility of bringing them together. A bathroom and 1 separate toilet. Ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. Kitchen side: balcony with 1 table, 2 chairs and a bench and a loggia. Side lounge (sunset) a beautiful terrace with table, chairs and sunbathing.
At disposal for the children: 1 foldable baby bed, a high chair, a bathtub and a changing mat.
Electric heating.
Tennis courts outside the residence at 50 m and a park with games for children and boules pitch for petanque lovers.
Possibility to provide linen and sheets on request (10 € per room).
Electrict in addition (statement on arrival and departure at the amount of the last invoice).
Cleaning 60 € if you do not want to do it before your departure.
Tourist tax of 1. 20 € per person per night.

Appartement idéalement placé et fonctionnel
Appartement très bien placé, refait à neuf, proche des petites plages et criques, et néanmoins à 10 minutes seulement à pied du centre-ville;
Propriétaire très sympathique et soucieux de rendre service.
