Great villa for eight people located in Sonneland, Maspalomas, south of Gran Canaria. Built with good materials and perfect finish. Highlights its large garden area with the pool.

It has four double rooms, all with television, and three bathrooms, one en suite. With three rooms on the first floor and one on the ground floor, especially for those who have difficulty climbing stairs.

It is spacious, very bright and with minimalist decoration. This villa has everything you need to spend unforgettable days on the island. A few kilometers away there is a leisure area, shops, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and the fantastic protected area of the Maspalomas Dunes.

Lovely spacious villa with sunny garden and nice pool

We stayed for 2 weeks in February 2025 . The villa is large - on three storeys - with spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely (cold water) pool with lawns and a generously-sized patio. The check-in was easy with a very helpfull , nice and responsive host. Mid - stay cleaning was very good. We will stay in the villa again.

Excellent, spacious villa with pool

We stayed for nine nights in mid-February 2024. The villa is large - on three storeys - with spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely (cold water) pool with lawns and a generously-sized patio. The area is quite heavily developed but was very quiet and peaceful. The check-in was easy with a helpful and responsive host. My only suggestion would be for a longer stay such as ours, a mid-stay clean would be helpful. And a chopping board for the kitchen! Thank you.

Schöne Villa

Die Villa ist in einer guten Umgebung. Ein Supermarkt (Spar) ist in 5 Minuten gehzeit gut zu erreichen. Die Villa war sehr sauber und sehr schön 👍🏻

A week in the sun

The property is a good size, we had 4 teens with us who had plenty of space and loved staying at the villa. Pool and garden was great. The location is good and close to everything by car. We would stay again.
