We had a great stay at this apartment and really enjoyed our time. The ocean view is amazing and was a highlight, and the terrace is perfect for relaxing or having meals with family.The apartment is well equipped, especially the kitchen, and it’s nice to have books and games for both adults and kids. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the motorway and just a short drive to Maspalomas for restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The beach is also close by. The pool area is quiet and relaxing, with plenty of sunbeds, though it may not be suitable for children under 1 meter as it’s quite deep.Patrick was a great host—friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He showed us around on arrival. He even accommodated our late checkout. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay.A few small downsides: there’s no smart TV, the pillows could be more comfortable, and the two bedrooms are connected, which may affect privacy. The shower area is quite small with a high showerhead, not ideal for a short person and it can get hot at night as there’s no fan or air conditioning.Parking is available outside, but it can be busy due to beach access, but we were always able to find a space after a short wait.Overall, a lovely place with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere—just a few minor improvements would make it even better.

We stayed for 3 days. It was absolutely fantastic! The view from the balcony is incredible. It is a quiet location with access to a large pool and beach and a close walk to restaurants and shops. Patrick is very helpful and a fantastic host. It was perfect.

The property had excellent space with a large outside terrace. It had all the facilities needed for use as a base or for self catering. The views were tremendous. Parking was occasionally a problem especially if you return after 7pm. The host was great and very helpful.

Great spacious appartment with nice ocean view

We had a very nice 2 week stay in the appartment. It is bigger than it appears on the fotos. The ocean view from the lounge (with big sliding windows) and from the big terrace is great. It was surprisingly quiet,also at night. The large pool is also great and was never busy. The provided drinking water is a great extra service. There is a small supermarket close by and a restaurant in walking distance.

Magnificant view

Patrick is a wonderful host. Quick communication via whatsapp/phone, very attentive. The location has an 180 degrees unbeatable view on the sea, a nice pool a few steps down, all amnities are present in the house, beach on walking distance and a shop ( fresh bread) at a stone’s through. To go short, we recommend this place ‘ nueva baviera’ to anyone who wants to have a relaxed holiday, in all privacy, with a stunning view. ( yes we did see dolphins)

Perfect for a relaxing getaway

Communication with Patrick was superb before and during the stay. He even collected us from the airport as he was in the area. The apartment is stunning. The views from the terrace could not be beaten, and the sounds of the waves crashing onto the beach were all we needed to make this the most relaxing holiday we have been on. Even on the day it rained, we could sit inside, open the huge windows, and watch the sea. The sunrise is not to be missed either.Everything in the apartment was exactly as described, I can't think of anything we missed.San Augustin is built on a cliff - a lovely old photo shows what it was like before development. This means that there are a lot of steps - a lot, so it is not a suitable area for people with mobility issues unless you hire a car. The apartment is at the top of the complex though, it's only the beach which you would need to walk down a lot of steps.Pool is beautifully maintained, with loungers, although we didn't personally make use of it, as we preferred the sea.There are 2 shops nearby, the spa, which is a 15 minute walk towards San Augustin, is the larger, but there is one within a 5/10 minute walk in the other direction.It is a quiet area, and even San Augustin isn't busy, there are a few restaurants nearby (within a 20-minute walk) The Sawadee restaurant is worth a visit just to check out the kitsch flamingoes and lovely staff. The balcon was lovely but watch out for the steps, Loopy's lovely rooftop terrace. Rincon and Ayre

L'appartement de Patrick était parfait : beau et grand, très propre, rien ne manquait et une vue qu'on voudrait avoir toute l'année.Au calme dans une résidence avec de beaux jardins entretenus et une piscine au top; avec accès direct à une belle plage sans trop de monde (et surtout pas besoin de prendre la voiture).Bien situé pour aller à Maspalomas et accédez à la voie rapide pour se rendre ailleurs sur l'île.Patrick est un hôte très sympathique avec accueil chaleureux et très prévenant.On ne regrette pas du tout d'être venu ici.Merci Patrick de nous avoir reçu chez vous, on a fait le plein de souvenirs.

Toller Urlaub in Gran Canaria

Das Appartment liegt in einer ruhigen Anlage, der Ausblick aufs Meer ist traumhaft. Einrichtung ist gemütlich und praktikabel. Betten sind sehr gut. Versorgung mit Trinkwasser wird durch Patrick geregelt - spart Müll und Schlepperei. Bei Fragen/Problemen ist Patrick schnell erreichbar und Hilfe kommt sofort.Einziges Manko (für das Patrick aber nichts kann): die Parksituation ist meist sehr angespannt, v.a. am Wochenende. Nicht selten findet man einen Parkplatz nur in größerer Entfernung (bis zu 600 m).

Ruhe und Entspannung mit grandioser Aussicht

Nette Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage, mit nur einigen Metern Fußweg zum Strand. Gepflegte Anlage ohne Partytourismus. Manko der Gegend ist die Parksituation, nach etwa 19 Uhr werden ca. 700m Fußweg zur nächsten Parkmöglichkeit fällig, die man einkalkulieren sollte.

Was für ein schöner Aufenthalt! Wir waren ganze 3 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere 10 jährige Tochter genoss den Pool in vollen Zügen und liebte es am Strand vor der Tür in die Wellen zu springen. Die Wohnung und der Strand waren auch optimal für unseren 2jährigen Sohn. Die Wohnung bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten die man im Urlaub braucht.

Das Appartement mit der Wahnsinns-Aussicht

Wer erwartet schon ein solches Panorama, wenn er den Salon oder die Terrasse betritt? Man möchte den Blick nicht mehr abwenden, sollte es aber doch tun, denn es lohnt sich durchaus Einrichtung und Dekoration des neuen Lebensraumes zu würdigen.Herzlich, individuell und sympatisch wie der Vermieter, offen und lebensfroh, wie die Canaren!
