Cosy and beautiful garden view house, 400m from the beach. Our house is located in the village of Agios Onoufrios , a suburb of Chania. It is close to the airport (10 Km), the port of Souda (11 Km) and close to the town center (10 Km). The area is close to many famous, golden beaches: Kallathas, Stavros, Seitan Limania, Marathi and many others . It is an ideal location for vacation. It's quiet, calm and safe.
The house is on the semi- basement floor with a private yard and a wonderful garden with lemon and orange trees, flowers and herbs. It is new, bright and fully renovated, functional and it is appropriate for couples and families . It accommodates 2-4 people and it is fully equipped. It consists of one bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa that can be turned into a double bed and a big bathroom. Ιt's equipped with all the necessary utensils and amenities. We provide you with fresh linen and towels. Moreover, we offer Cretan products and a typical breakfast for welcome. A private free car parking is available.
The house is also ideal for distance working. We offer a safe and quiet environment which also has a fast and stable internet connection for free.
It's our pleasure to be hosts and we like to communicate with our Guest. We are sure that you will have a memorable experience and carefree moments.

A perfect base to explore Akrotiri and Chania

A very spacious, confortable and well equipped 2 room appartment. Manolis and Maria are very friendly and and ready to help if needed. It's a very nice atmosphere with good attention to detail. We felt at home. The garden is very nice with fruit trees and a friendly cat.

A little paradise in Crete

Greek hospitality is not an empty word, Maria and Manolis are lovely people who welcome you to your new "home" with a well-stocked breakfast basket. Next, you'll discover your new home: a bright, modern ground-floor apartment with everything you need for a great vacation. Quiet air-conditioning is welcome under the generous Cretan sun, and there's a large fridge with a nice refrigerator space and all the accessories you need to make good meals. The bedroom is spacious with a welcome ceiling fan, and the bathroom contains a bath/shower and a good-brand washing machine. But the real charm of the apartment is that you're on the first floor with a comfortable terrace in a small Mediterranean garden with orange, lemon and pomegranate trees... . Ah the beautiful evenings ahead. The property is in a peaceful neighbourhood with a remote-controlled door opening onto your personal parking space, the dream. The sea is within walking distance, leading to a family beach with a small bar, deckchairs for hire and a highly recommended beach restaurant at an ultra-democratic price. The apartment is cleaned once a week by Maria, who is always ready to do something nice for you: during our stay, we received a bottle of local wine, a traditional Cretan dish and a small glass of wine, a small traditional Cretan dish, raki typical of the region, limoncello made with fruit from the garden, fruit... the aforementioned Greek hospitality and kindness! Then there's the beauty of Crete's Chania area,

Perfect apartment on the Akrotiri…,

I can’t cay enough good things about my stay at M & M guest apartment. It is exactly as shown in the vrbo website. Spotless, comfortable with every amenity you could need…and, a love,y fruit platter on arrival. Manoli and Maria were delightful and her very helpful. The location is excellent, though you do need a car…it’s a five minute ride to Kalathas Beach and a ten minute ride down to the Old Harbour. It’s also a very quick trip into Kounipidiana to pick up groceries, or a coffee cafe or the best taverna on the Akrotiri, Mitsos. Obviously I loved this place but to ensure you think this is a legitimate review..l have one tiny con…the bath tub is a little slippery and a bath mat would take care of that. Highly recommend…
