A beautifully furnished romantic rural retreat with a hot tub close to Salisbury, and an ideal base to explore the miles of Wiltshire’s open countryside.. First Floor:

Bathroom: P-Shaped Bath With Shower Attachment, Toilet. Services. Welcome pack. Outside. A small terrace overlooking open farmland with bistro table and chairs for 2. Hot tub (private). Nestled in the heart of Wiltshire a stay here is your chance to share a little piece of this wonderful rural idyll. Feel the stresses and strains of modern life slip away from the moment you drop down towards the farm and marvel at the stunning Wiltshire valley view. The coach house is cosy and perfectly formed to create a relaxed, modern farm stay.

Spire view is a first floor open plan property with a comfy seating area with reclining sofa and smart tv, dining space perfect for two. A modern kitchen to rustle up a tasty meal, along with a super comfy double bed and modern bathroom.

Outside is a small terrace with bistro table and chairs to sit back and relax with a good book or a cold drink and soak up the view.

If you would like to make your stay extra special or if you have something to celebrate, please enquire direct with the owner after making your booking, about adding a hamper full of local produce available for £40. During your stay, you are welcome to explore the acres of unspoilt farmland, and at certain times you may be lucky enough to see the newborn lambs and calves.

The Coach House itself offers space and comfort and is ideally located to to explore not only the rural county of Wiltshire from the vast expanses of Salisbury Plain and its ’lost Village of Imber’ to the mystical Stonehenge and impressive Avebury Rings or for a more adrenaline fueled stay head to Thruxton motor circuit, for a high octane adventure.

We had a fantastic stay for New Year’s Eve - the host even gave us a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate, which was a very thoughtful touch. The accommodation was clean, modern and comfortable. The hot tub was amazing - really nice to relax and take in views of the farm. We ate at Chapter House and Charlie’s kitchen nearby, both of which were superb. We would definitely stay again!!

My partner and myself both fed a baby lamb called Lizzie which was organised by Georgie, the accommodation and views are truly breathtaking, we had full access to wander the farm and see all the animals.We can’t wait to come back and stay again and would highly recommend.

The coach house was just right, the hot tub was a lovely bonus looking across the fields, the surroundings were stunning and it was so peaceful, the weather was gorgeous. What more could you want. Beautiful accommodation with amazing views. Peter and georgie could not have been more helpful and friendly…the perfect hosts. The hot tub was glorious both day and evening with perfect placement for privacy with beautiful views of the farm. Great nights sleep with a very comfortable bed and all you need for an enjoyable stay. We hope to visit again!

Overall very good stay. Peter is a wonderful man and this is the second time I’ve stayed on this farm, although the first time in Spire view. The external pictures on the site of Spire view is quite different to how it looks now and is clearly a few years old. Appearance is quite tired and clearly in the need of a little tlc but the inside is very clean and you can see they take pride in their cleanliness. No cooker just a hob, although the microwave does offer a few other services but beware the plates provided are NOT microwave safe. Would recommend bringing a mirror of some sorts if your partner needs it to do there makeup / hair as the only one there is in the bathroom. Overall though I would highly recommend hence the good scores and great value for money. Hot tub not shown in pictures but is in good working order although not ideal having to walk down the external stairs and through the small car park to get to it.

An absolutely fantastic stay at Spire View! Peter and Georgie are superb hosts and are happy to give you as much, (or as little), space and conversation as you would like. The farm is in a superb location in the heart of the countryside, yet only a 10 minute car or taxi ride from the centre of Salisbury. A good pub (the Green Dragon) is less than a 10 minute walk away. Where do I start? Amazing from start to finish, perfect setting and location, not to far from a lot of activities and places for day outs just a short drive away/public transport also. Very modern place and very cosy, exceeded our expectations! Georgie and Pete are lovely hosts and was very welcoming from to start to finish helping with directions, local knowledge and always there to give a helping hand if needed! Location is stunning and the property is beautiful, would highly recommend for any couples looking for a break away! Will definitely be returning ASAP! Lots of animals from Wild Horses, Donkeys, Deers, Sheep, Goats and many more to see on your travels and days out! Couldn't of asked for anything more!
