Amazing short break

Came for a quiet getaway with a nice complex and we got exactly what we expected, the whole process was smooth and easy, the customer service and communication was all on time, clear and perfect as stated, We had an amazing holiday and would definitely stay here again, thank you

Lovely stay

We were blessed with excellent weather for our stay. Only one small fault with the fridge door. The bottle shelf was broken so it was difficult to store our open bottle of wine. Everything else was perfect. Thank you for aovely stay.tay in this lovely property.

Family reunion

Caravan was clean could do with a shop on site .we always use this site as it is in walking distance to were son lives

Perfect holiday with the grandkids

On the whole we were very impressed with the accommodation, very spacious, and the kids loved the large patio area to play on ❤️ Everything was perfect apart from the children’s single beds. The kids complained that they were very uncomfortable, I then laid on each one and was very disappointed as literally it felt like I was laying on springs 😢 I was pleased that I took thick blankets to lay on the beds, I would definitely go back if the mattresses were changed though as everything else was perfect. Thank you

Not what we expected

On arriving to this site. We drove straight in and got to our caravan. Reception was shut. Not that we needed to go in there We didn’t realise it was an actual residence place, where people actually live there. We thought it would be more of a holiday village. The caravan itself needed a good airing as it smelled quite musty, but it was clean and presentable. On walking around with our two little dogs we realised there actually was no shop on site and had to use car to go out to shop ( we forgot milk). Like I said before this is not a holiday park. It was very quite and absolutely nothing there, which we never minded as we are older and wanted to chill. But if you have kids this certainly isn’t the place for you. We was greeted by a big Alsatian dog opposite who let us know he was certainly there. Frightened my little doggies. We couldn’t turn the gas on. There were no instructions in caravan to let us know how to do it we tried looking for switches etc, checked gas bottles they were full up, we gave up in the end. We were gonna ring someone on the email I received but didn’t bother. There’s no information on anything which I found odd. We enjoyed walking along the sea bank but never accessed the beach as the tide was in. The caravan itself was ok, clean tidy and quite roomy but the area was not great. We went into Yarmouth to just see abit of life. Unfortunately I can’t give this a 5 star review as it was totally not what we expected. We will not be returning.

It's ok for a short stay

It's ok for a short stay, the cleanliness of the place is terribly bad, there was a lot of dust, cobwebs all over the place and I could tell they haven't been vacuumed for a long time. It is a very quiet and pleasant place, it has many things to know but the cleanliness overshadows everything good about the place.

Very comfortable accommodation

This accommodation was well resourced with fixtures and fittings of a higher quality than that usually found in caravans. Quiet location with lovely restaurants opposite. The caravan was fresh and new but not well cleaned on our arrival. Not convinced the cleaning team had been in before we arrived. However the caravan was in good order and communication with 2cholidays was excellent.

Weekend break

We booked the property in order to catch up with local friends and enjoy coastal dog walks. It was a clear accurate listing of what we got on arrival. Simple booking process with great communication. Property was as listed, clean and tidy, in a great spot for the beach and within walking distance of local amenities if required. It was a very quiet spot. Slightly disappointed with the closed and fenced off former caravan park site adjacent but it didn't directly detract, hopefully be be re developed. I am likely to use again and would certainty reccomend to others.
