About this property

Welcome to our 2 bed chalet on the beautiful Norfolk sunrise coast.

10 minute walk to the sea, free WI-FI and plenty of phone charging stations in our lovely chalet. Have the best nights sleep in our lovely comfortable beds. Two singles and one double plus free use of travel cot if required. Towels and beach towels supplied and everything else you will need for a fun day out on our beautiful beaches. We have games for all the family and books to just chill out and read. Electricity is also included along with a welcome pack. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, dishwater, kettle, toaster and microwave. For those warm summer evenings there is a lighted outdoor seating area. If you fancy some entertainment, Oasis club is open every day, where food is also served, there is entertainment at night all through school holidays and every weekend. A pool pass is provided for the indoor pool with seating around the pool and a gym next door. Also onsite is a kids play area, 5 aside football pitch/basketball, bouncy castle, crazy golf and arcade. A shop and delicious fish and chip shop are also on the park.

Clean and tidy, great travel cot - bring own sheets (but that's a given). We had an issue with the oven but the hosts were attentive and dealt with it promptly. Also got some top recommendations for local eateries and pubs. The chalet is far enough from the evening entertainment that you can't hear it but it's still close to all the amenities. Nice sandy beach at the end of the road. Would stay again!

The property felt like home,the property was clean,my kids loved their room. We had fun playing with the games there and the indoor pool was lovely thanks to the swimming inflatables left by Elaine. The guide book made it easy for us to decide on where to go and where to eat. It was a lovely staycation. My family and I will love to be back in the nearest future

California sands Chalet lets

We loved our 3 night stay at a really lovely chalet. The owner Elaine had put in a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits and even treats for our dogs!! There were towels provided too. The chalet was lovely and we would definitely stay again. Elaine was only a phone call or text away if needed. Which we did and found Elaine very helpful and a lovely host. Thank you

Elaine and Tony live in Caister-on-Sea so are nearby if any problems should occur. Caister and the surrounding areas are so beautiful and friendly and our amazing clean beaches stretch for miles. You will often spot a seal or two swimming by, or you can visit Horsey Gap, a fifteen minute drive up the coast to see a whole colony of seals.
