NV ONE LUXURY RESIDENCE

‘NV ONE’ villa is a high sophisticated luxurious design maisonete located in elevate position with a spectacular view of the sea and the city of Chania.
The first level consists of a lawn area in front of a private pool a main large open plan living area with 55’inch LCD SAT-TV, a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom .
Individual Air conditioning or heating of this area.
The internal stair leads to the second level which includes two main bedrooms with a 40’inch LCD SAT-TV each,and two bathrooms in suite, also individually controlled air conditioning or heating.
The bedrooms offer private terrace with panoramic view,and a spectacular sunset experience.
On the ground floor, guests may use the gym
A deluxe elevator is available for transfert to all levels.
Parking area outside of the Villa for free.
Guests can use the internal private parking on request.

Luxurious cotton bathrobes , pool towels , sheets and towels.
Large velvet beds with anatomic-orthopedic hypo allergic layer, hypo allergic pillows

Luxury and great location

Just as the photos show, this is a very luxurious property, and Georgios was such a great host. The property is new and beautiful, set up on a hill with a fantastic view over Chania and the harbor and lighthouse. We enjoyed watching the sunset over the harbor and the ocean, particularly from the soaking pools which were great for cooling off at the end of the day. The apartment is close enough to Chania to get easily back and forth (about a 7-10 minute drive without traffic), and yet far enough away to provide a respite from busy Chania. Georgios provided all the amenities, including bath robes, slippers, hair dryer, etc. and left a very kind welcome basket with greek wine, coffee, water, and sweets. This was a very thoughtful and appreciated gesture! He was also very responsive to questions and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. Would definitely return!
