About this property

Modern Villa with Private Pool in Chania

This brand new holiday villa is located in the beautiful area Tholaria of Agios Onoufris (St. Onoufrios) in Akrotiri. The view leaves you speechless with the wild mountain of Stavros bay on one side and the beach of St. Onoufrios on the other side.

The villa is located in a fenced area offering absolute privacy and peace to its guests. Entering the holiday villa, you will see a spacious and modern interior, including a kitchen, a siting room a dining room and one bathroom, especially designed also for disabled. The kitchen is fully equipped with all comforts and there is air-conditioning in all spaces.

Going up the stairs, you will find two nice bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two twin bedrooms. Both bedrooms have TV, Air-conditioning and direct access to a large balcony, offering wonderful sea and mountain views.

At the exterior, there is a large pool with lawn, a garden where you will be able to find organic products and a nice outdoor table where you can have your lunch. By the pool, you will find sunbeds, a solar shower and a very nice stone barbeque! Please not that the pool is cleaned by an eco-system using salt.

The ground floor of each villas has a Bathroom for disabled people, a living room with a Sofa Bed, flat-screen TV/DVD and Satellite. At the same level, there is a dining room and a spacious kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, tea and coffee maker. As we continue our tour, on the 1st floor there are two Bedrooms, with their own bathroom with bathtub.

Even each of the Master Suites does have a washing machine and a safe deposit box. Upstairs, on the 2nd floor, there is a common balcony overlooking the Cross where filmed the movie "Zorbas" (or more commonly, "Zorbas Dance"). In the exterior space, there are a wheelchair ramp, a year- round outdoor swimming pool, garden varieties, different lawn trees and various herbs to use them in our traditional Cretan Cuisine!!! Even Demetra, the goddess of agriculture would be jealous of these!

Very clean and well appointed. The setting/landscape with orange trees and rock walls was very nice! Solar shower manageable. Has ice ready in refrigerator and ground coffee. Close to good restaurants.

Restful vacation

The finca was clean and modern. We were there for 7 days with 5 men aged 24-28 years and were very warmly received. The accommodation is in a quiet location where there is no traffic. The city of Chania is in 15-20 minutes by car where you can both party and sit comfortably at the harbor. All in all a finca that you can recommend well.
