Cabane La Coquine is in the area called the 44 hectares of Cap Ferret towards the tip of the peninsula. It is in a particularly peaceful wooded area with no street light nor tarmac.

Cabane La Coquine is very close to the Plage du Mimbeau (Villa Isabelle). the renowned restaurant Chez Hortense is 400m away as well as Le 44 (250m away).

The property has been refurbished .

The kitchen is unusually large and well equipped for a holiday home.
