This bright, spacious apartment offers a touch of style and luxury for your stay in this special part of the Algarve. Just 30 minutes from Faro airport, it is central for sight seeing. Newly refurbished by the owners, it is truly their home from home, with HD TV and DVD player, comfortable interior, air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Wi-Fi and English TV are also included

The ground floor position gives easy access to your own garden area and patios. These extend from the lounge and main bedroom, so you can enjoy a glass of wine and dine al-fresco!

The apartment is quiet and set apart, in pretty landscaped gardens with pleasant views. It is within easy reach of a two tier pool heated in winter, the new Casa Azul restaurant, and the dedicated childrens' play area. On site there are four pools, bars, restaurants, and shop.

An ideal place for all ages: families with children, long stay guests, golfers, walkers or honeymooners, in fact, anyone who wants to enjoy stylish comfort in pleasant temperatures, all year round.

Lovely place to stay

Well maintained, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Great communication with the owners and any questions quickly answered. Nice peaceful location with pleasant view and great seating area/terrace with sun all day long. Clube Albuferia where it is located is a really nice site with gorgeous pools, cafe bars and centrally located close to N125 for easy links to airport, supermarkets, beaches and other towns. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend. Would happily return anytime. Many thanks

Sejour en Algarve

J'ai fais ce voyage avec ma maman et mes sœurs, l'Algarve est vraiment magnifique, tout a été une réussite. Le logement est vraiment impeccable, il yva tout sur place sauf une machine a café mais pour le reste c'est top, on est pas trop loin du centre d'Albufeira et des autres villes comme Faro ou Lagos, il y a un Lidl et un Aldi a 5 minutes. L'appartement est située dans un village de vacances tout proche d'une piscine, les 2 chambres sont spacieuses, c'est vraiment agréable, j'y retournerai certainement avec mes enfants et mon mari.

Décevant ! La maison aurait besoin d’un nettoyage approfondi !

Résidence agréable et bien équipée Bonne literie Emplacement pratique pour découvrir la région En revanche : - les salles de bains sont vraiment vieillottes - à notre arrivée, le sol était sale et il y avait une odeur d’urine dans les WC - beaucoup de saletés accumulées dans les coins, sur les plinthes, sous les meubles… - la buanderie est un four-tout sale et mal rangé - le mobilier de jardin est mal entretenu J’ai signalé le problème de propreté à la propriétaire mais cela a donné lieu à une discussion assez pénible, il a fallu que j’envoie des photos… Face au manque d’écoute et de remise en question, j’ai préféré gérer moi même le ménage. Mais l’aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas et les serpillères étaient dans un état vraiment dégoûtant. Je comprends mieux pourquoi le ménage n’était pas fait correctement. Bref une expérience très mitigée. Je ne recommande pas cet hébergement.

Very well equipped and spacious apartment, in a Holiday Complex close to Albufeira (few km). The pool next to the flat is nice and the surroundings are well maintained and lovely. Everything OK, we had a great time here ! Only small remark: the sound insulation of the accommodation with the neighbours could be better.

El apartamento es estupendo. Bonito, espacioso y con jardín y fácil acceso a la piscina. Lo único que no nos ha gustado es que el apartamento necesita una limpieza más profunda. En las esquinas de las habitaciones se acumulaba polvo de tiempo sin limpiar. Armarios con toallas con manchas y arrojadas al armario sin doblar, el trastero sin ordenar y abierto porque no se puede cerrar, dificultando acceso a la lavadora de su interior. Los muebles del jardín sucios y sin limpiar en bastante tiempo. Se paga por la limpieza y no es muy buena.
