Villa Santa Lucia is a traditional property located in the Villa Alba complex in Albufeira, just a few minutes' walk from the Strip. With access to a large common pool and a short distance from restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops, and just a few minutes' drive from Albufeira's best beaches, it is the ideal choice for a sunny getaway.



The villa accommodates 6+3 people and features 3 bedrooms (2 with twin beds and 1 with a double bed), plus 2 additional bathrooms (1 with a bathtub and 1 with a shower). The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower and a balcony.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern utensils and appliances, such as a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, and stove.



The spacious open-plan living/dining area invites moments of relaxation, with a built-in sofa, satellite TV, and direct access to the exterior. In the outdoor area, there is a brick barbecue and access to extensive gardens, the pool, and the pool bar.



All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi is available.



It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 150 per person (payment by credit/debit card).



A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.



Price for up to 6 persons

From the 7th to the 9th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.(only € 98 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only € 21 each, per week)



In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
