Villa Santa Lucia is a traditional and welcoming residence, ideal for families and groups, accommodating 6 + 3 people in a peaceful environment close to the liveliest areas of Albufeira.



The open-plan living and dining room is bright and inviting, offering a pleasant space for moments of socialising throughout your stay.



On the ground floor there is a service bathroom that supports this area of the house.



On the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed en suite with shower and a second bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub that complements this floor and ensures comfort for all guests.



The kitchen is located on the ground floor, is fully equipped and offers practicality for meal preparation during the holidays.



No exterior, you will be able to enjoy the well-maintained gardens, the spacious shared swimming pool with a bar and a perfect barbecue area for outdoor meals.



Villa Santa Lucia is located in the Villa Alba complex, very close to the lively Strip, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and the magnificent beaches of Albufeira.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 6 guests.

From the 7th to the 9th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
