There is a central heating so you can book it in winter months also. You can check-in 24h as my apartment has self check-in system. Great starting point for excursions to Istra, island Krk, Platak, national parks, Plitvice lakes.. Your pet is also welcome (additional charge) Apartment has 40m2. It has 2 bedrooms, one room has double bed (140x200) and another room is single room. Kitchen is fully equipped (toaster, coffee machine, kettle). Bathroom with washing machine. Wifi, Sat-tv. Free public parking can be found in the surrounding streets and depends on availability.
Beach Sablicevo and Glavanovo (Pećine) are 12-15 min walk. You can reach city center by bus (bus station is only a 1 minute walk) or by foot (12-15min). Nearby is also bakery, laundry service, flower shop. Shopping mall (Tower center) is 10min walk. Beach is 12-15 min walk (downhill - shorter way). There is an extra space (outside apartment) room f.e. luggage, bikes, stroller...please let me know if you need that space so I can leave you a key.
