You will also be close to such attractive destinations as Marbella, 30 minutes by car.



The house, with a single floor, offers a perfect space for relaxing or adventure-filled holidays. It has a fully fenced plot and a covered garage for two vehicles 🚗🚗. Its private pool is ideal for cooling off and enjoying the sun, while the barbecue area invites you to share pleasant moments with family or friends 🍖. Additionally, the front terrace is a perfect place to relax, read, or simply disconnect.



Inside, the spacious dining room welcomes you with a modern sofa, Smart TV and large windows that fill the space with natural light ☀️. The independent kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances so you can prepare all your meals without worries 🍳.



The accommodation has two rooms: a main one with a double bed and charming views, and a second with two double beds. In addition, it has a small additional room for storing luggage 🛏️. The bathroom is modern, spacious, and has a shower tray, providing comfort and elegance.
