Unit has professional decor and furnishings. Built in in 2017. Only 18 units in project. This unit is the best view of them all and the best views in all of Singer Island! "Ocean Eighteen". Directly on Palm Beach/Lake Worth Inlet and Ocean with amazing views and beach out the door! South, east and west views overlook Palm Beach, the Inlet, and the Ocean!! First floor unit, elevator opens direct into unit. 2BR, 2 1/2 bath, plus den. Just out door is sun lounge, pool, and small fitness room. Direct access to beach! Limited seasonal rentals available for this condo (60 day minimum, no young children please). One underground parking space per unit. Guest spots available. Simply the best place to be a snow bird! You will never stop looking at the views of water, boat's and Palm Beach. Minutes to everything--dining, shopping, etc. Due to limited availability, we require direct contact with you before we can book. As a result, you will not see much history of bookings on this site.

We live in the area and this is our personal beach condo fabulously decorated. We are only doing very limited rentals and are very particular about whoever wishes to rent. We will only have a couple renters ever use the place in any given year, but those lucky enough will love it! We only rent directly so will need to speak with you before any reservations are made.
