Are you looking for a peaceful, rustic home in rural natural environment? This property is for nature lovers, will allow you to roam the country side, or hike up to the mountains. For the sole use of the guests is a large fenced 1500 square meter area property consist of two unites (a) two bedroom Chalet and (b) three studio apartments. The entire units (a+b) form an integral part of this offer. The garden is a combination of natural landscape / summer garden. Some rooms have mountain view while others have Pine forest views.

All rooms have natural sunlight and window shade. There's Free Wifi in all areas, Satellite/Cable Flat screen TV, Air-conditioner, Heating, Free Secure Parking.

Other amenities available in all units are comfortable Beds, Wardrobe, Dining area, Sofa, Shower cabins, Hairdryers, Cotton Linen, Bath towels, Shampoo, Cooking & dining Utensils and Cutlery, Refrigerator, Coffee tables, Electric Stove, Electric Kettle, and blackout curtains to allow you have a good night sleep.
Additionally, there's a spacious living room with indoor fireplace, a breakfast bar, a washing machine and a fully equipped Home Kitchen. Inside each suite is a Kitchenette and writing desk. Outside in the garden are parking areas, big BBQ, out door picnic/dining area, hammocks, Dart, kid's Bicycles, kid's playground with Swing and sandbox.

Lovely original cottage (2 bedrooms) and multiple studio apartments in the adjoining house on the extensive property made this the perfect location for our family of 6 (3 adults and 3 teens). The host was an excellent source of advice on how to navigate Plitvice, where to eat and with suggestions for other activities in the area he could help arrange. All in all, a great property in a great location, managed by a great couple. Highly recommend!

Amazing secluded stay

Traveling with adult children there were 9 of us in total and there was more than enough room. We were met at the VRBO by our host for check in and he was close by if we needed anything. The house and outdoor area was large enough for us all to hang out but so nice to have our private areas to retreat to. Close to hikes and national park! Would love to return

An OK place

This unit was convenient to Platvice lakes which is why we chose it. I was surprised to find that the unit comes with 2 other units in an adjacent home - which was OK, but not ideal. I was looking for a 3 bedroom home where we could be all together. The main house contained many random things, but lacking a few necessities, like napkins and paper towels, which I thought was unusual. Also we were excited to go for a bike ride with the bikes on the property, only to find all of the tires were flat, and no air pump to be found. Overall I would describe this rental as "OK".

Fantastic family holidays at Alexandar cottage!

The property is amazing, surrounded by breathtaking nature, peace and beautiful landscapes and a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. The property has everything you may need to enjoy your holidays (and we were a family of 12 with 4 kids!) and Akuoma is a fantastic host, paying attention to detail and assisting you on any issues coming up. We would love to back :) Totally recommended!

We have a big family and this house offers us the possibility to spend our vacation together and yet enough privacy for the young couples among us. The location is perfect because it is at the Center of Croatia between the inland and the Islands. There are lots of possibilities for daily tours to Parks (inland) and to the Islands.
