The Les Dunes building is a seven-storey construction with a lift, with a landscaped area around the swimming pool and covered parking. Located at the southern end of Xeraco beach, just thirty-five metres from the sand, ten metres from a multi-sports area and fifty metres from a pleasant wooded area with swings for the little ones.
Apartment on the second floor with two bedrooms, one complete bathroom, living-dining room, independent kitchen with gallery-laundry room and large terrace (with awnings) facing South with views of the sea and the mountain. Includes covered parking space and Wifi.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bedding change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be done before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of 150 € which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of 28€ non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.

Fantástico ,amplio y muy comodo
El piso es muy amplio y fresquito ,muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario , cerquita de la playa y piscina muy tranquila hemos estado muy agusto sin duda repetiriamos de nuevo en el mismo
