Nestled in the heart of the city, in the Quartier Haut and 100 meters from the port, this old house is very quiet because it is located in a dead end. A few meters away, on the Place de l'Hospitalet, a historic bar, Le café social. The first shops are 5 minutes' walk away. The market and shopping streets are 10 minutes' walk away. The beach is 3 km away. In front of the house there is the possibility of parking 2 cars.

The 70m2 house has:
- a living room with integrated kitchen
- one bedroom with double bed
- a bedroom-living room with a sofa bed and a single sofa
- a child's bedroom with a bunk bed
- a bathroom
- a 30 m2 terrace equipped with a dining table, garden furniture, two deckchairs and a parasol.

Hübsches Haus

Wir waren schon zum dritten Mal in diesem Haus. Es gefällt uns einfach sehr gut: die Lage in einem interessanten Stadtviertel, nicht weit zum Zentrum und nicht weit zum Hafen, etwas oberhalb des Zentrums. Schöne Strände sind in der Nähe (15 Min mit dem Auto). Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und hat eine tolle Terrasse. Was man wissen muss, ist, dass es nicht ganz einfach zu finden ist, weil es in der Stadt viele Einbahnstraßen gibt und das Navi einen manchmal in die Irre führt. Mit der Beschreibung der Vermieterin klappt es aber. Oben in der Stadt, wo die Wohnung liegt, sind die Gassen teilweise eng und die Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind öfter belegt, sodass man manchmal etwas suchen muss. Wir haben aber immer einen Platz zum Parken gefunden. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und unkompliziert.

Gemütliches kleines Häuschen mit Charme

Charmant und praktisch ausgestattete Unterkunft mit genügend Platz für unsere vierköpfige Familie. Bis auf ein etwas dunkleres Zimmer sind die Räume hell und freundlich; die Küche bietet bis auf eine Spülmaschine alles, was man braucht; im großen Badezimmer findet man eine schöne ebenerdige Dusche, viel Ablagefläche und eine Waschmaschine; die Terasse ist wundervoll und wegen der vielen schattigen Winkel auch sehr gut bei heißen Temperaturen nutzbar. Das Haus liegt im malerischen Viertel "Quartier Haut" oberhalb des Hafens in einer angenehmen Nachbarschaft. Zwar gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe der Unterkunft, die nächsten Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind aber nach einigen wenigen Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Eine Bar und ein Bouleplatz um die Ecke sorgen für eine lebendige Athmosphäre ohne störende Lärmentwicklung. Einzig die Musik der Konzerte vom Théâtre de la Mer war zeitweise sehr laut zu hören und störend. Alles in allem haben wir uns während unseres zweiwöchigen Urlaubs sehr wohlgefühlt :-)

Logement bien situé

Logement très bien situé pour se déplacer facilement dans Sète, tout en étant dans un quartier calme. L'hôte a été souple pour s'adapter à nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Nous avons eu un problème d'infiltration d'eau pendant le séjour, l'hôte a agit rapidement. Un bémol : les 2 places de parking ne sont pas réservées pour le logement, et il est parfois difficile de se garer dans le quartier.

L'hébergement est bien placé, dans le but de se promener dans la globalité sur la ville sans avoir à utiliser la voiture . Toutefois le plus difficile étant de trouver une place. Surtout pendant escale à Sète . J'aime beaucoup cette ville de pêcheurs. Très agréable séjour à Sète.

Eine große Enttäuschung

Der Platz reicht nicht, um unsere Anmerkungen auszuformulieren. Daher hier Stichworte: - Keine Einweisung vor Ort, Schlüsselübergabe auf der Straße - angekündigte Parkplätze ständig belegt - Wohnung war längere Zeit wohl nicht belegt und nicht konttrolliert worden: schmutziges Geschirr + Küche an sich, Staubflusen in der ganzen Wohnung - Wohn-/Schlafraum nicht nutzbar, da weder ordentliche Beleuchtung noch Belüftung, außerdem voll gestellt mit Staubsauger, Sonnenschirm etc. - Badezimmer ungepflegt, WC-Deckel lose, Duschbereich sehr ungepflegt mit Schäden und Schmutzspuren - keine Infos zum W-Lan, Warmwasser funktionierte nicht, Gastherme war zu lange nicht genutzt worden - Terrasse war schön, der Oleander herrlich, allerdings mussten wir auch hier zunächst reinigen Wir sind enttäuscht, die Wohnung entspricht weder der positiven Beschreibung noch den Rezensionen aus der Vergangenheit. Wir haben vorher nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht, sowohl bei Buchungen über FeWo-direkt als auch bei anderen Anbietern. Soviel in aller Kürze. Konkrete Ausführungen und Fotos können jederzeit nachgereicht werden.

Maison fort agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison. La pièce à vivre est bien proportionnée. Nous n'avons pas vraiment utilisé le salon, ce qui nous permis d'avoir une grande chambre. La maison est pratique, idéalement placée. Nous avons abandonné notre voiture pendant une semaine pour tout faire à pied.

Superbe !

Parfait, séjour de 4 nuits dans cette villa en plein cœur de la ville, proche du port. La maison est très bien aménagé, nous étions trois adultes et un bébé. On a même pu quitter la maison plus tard que prévu, merci aux propriétaires! Il n’y a pas de télé mais ce n’est absolument pas dérangeant, vive les vacances. Par contre juste petit bémol pas de micro-ondes (plus pratique pour réchauffer les petits pots bebe qu’au bain marie) mais sa ne regarde que moi. Je recommande vraiment !!

Maison coquette et très bien située

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette petite maison ou rien ne manque. Très fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre, bien équipée . Il y a 3 chambres dont 2 en enfilade . La pièce à vivre et la terrasse sont très agréables. La salle d'eau est spacieuse . L'emplacement est idéal, suffisamment au centre pour ne pas avoir besoin de prendre la voiture et au calme en même temps. Les premiers commerces sont à moins de 5min à pied et le centre à une petite dizaine de minutes . Adresse à retenir sans aucuns doutes !
