Its exceptional location on the Quai Royal makes it an ideal place for vacation.
The channel parking is nearby.
You are close to the typical market of Les Halles and the dock where most restaurants.

Perfect apartment

One of the best holiday-apartment we`ve ever visited. There is lots of space, the livingroom is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the roof-terrace is spacious and comes with a super view over the Canal. Here you can enjoy the family-dinner or rest in the sun. We really hope to come back again some day

Roomy flat in excellent location

Wonderful place to stay in central Sete, directly above the Canal Royal. Modern well-equipped and light, with comfortable concealed balcony on which to dine and relax. Third floor, so be prepared to climb. But definitely worth it.

Fantastic apartment for a long or short stay in Sete!

This property was charming, well-appointed, and had as good a location as possible, overlooking the central canal. There was a generous patio which we did not take advantage of very much because the weather was still cool in March. Nicole was a wonderful host. We’ll be back!

Splendid stay

Beautiful spacious apartment with delightful terrace overlooking the central canal of Sete and convenient for all amenities - restaurants, market, shops, buses etc. Furnishings are tasteful and modern, the kitchen well equipped, the air conditioning effective when needed. Nicole is a kind, efficient and responsive host whom it was a pleasure to meet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and warmly recommend the apartment to others.

Absolutely amazing place. Couldn't ask for anything better. The space is enormous for a holiday rental, much bigger than the pictures make it seem. And it is incredibly well stocked - everything you could possibly need has been thought of. It is clear that Nicole and François take great care in offering guests a stress-free stay.Wonderful terrace with a great view over the canal - we ate all our meals outside in the sun. Perfect location too - right in the centre of town, 2 minutes walk to the market, restaurants and shops all around. We have already booked again for next year. Five stars, would recommend!

Apartment with great rooftop terrace!

The apartment is right in the middle of the town of Sète. Located at the top floor (no elevator), with a spacious terrace overlooking the canal. All the amenities are at your disposal. A supermarket, marketplace, bakery and busstop all within 100m. Plenty of restaurants and cafés to enjoy the local products. The communication with the owners was very good and friendly. They even offered us to pick us up from the train station.

Just returned from a lovely but very hot and sunny holiday at this property. Absolutely loved it. Everything provided you could possibly need. Grandstand view from the terrace of the jousting. Much needed air conditioning. Super range of shops, bakeries, butchers, and market only steps from the property. Super host who kindly met us from the train station. Loved Sète and this property. Wir 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der sehr schönen und äußerst geräumigen Wohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse von Nicole in Sète. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Im Umkreis von 100 m bekommt man alles notwendige und dazu noch lecker! Es gibt auch viele tolle Restaurants fußläufig.Die Stadt ist quirlig und reizvoll, die Strände in der Umgebung sind schön und gepflegt, das Wasser je nach Brandung kristallklar.Nicole ist sehr herzlich und war auch wenn wir sie kaum gebraucht haben sehr hilfsbereit.Für gebrechliche Leute eher nicht geeignet, für alle anderen schon.Wir werden die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen! Danke Nicole und liebe Grüße!

Très bel appartement, lumineux, propre, bien équipé. Idéalement situé au centre de Sète à proximité immédiate des commerces, restaurants et bus (les magnifiques halles sont à 2mn à pieds). L'appartement est très bien climatisé. Le parking est un peu loin (environ 500/600 mètres) mais s'avère indispensable. La propriétaire est très sympathique et accueillante. Excellent séjour!

Incontournable !

Nous avons passé une formidable semaine à Sète dans le logement de Nicole et François. L'appartement est royal (spacieux, propre, lumineux, bien décoré...), la terrasse incroyable avec une vue imprenable sur le canal permettant d être aux premières loges pour voir les joutes. Il faut juste noter que le logement est au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. L'emplacement de l'immeuble est idéal au cœur de la ville. Le parking est donc appréciable. Sète est une ville magnifique qui mérite d'être visitée. Notre hôte, Nicole, a amplement contribué au succès de notre séjour. Nicole est une personne accueillante, souriante, pétillante, de très bons conseils, toujours présente si besoin. Merci Nicole !! Merci aussi à François et Florence. Nous recommandons l'appartement "Vue Canal".

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement, spacieux, propre et utile. La climatisation marche très bien et permet de ne pas souffrir de la chaleur. Ein Glücksgriff. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man für den perfekten Urlaub braucht. Bis ca. 15:00 Sonne auf dem Balkon, danach angenehmer Schatten. Als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen optimal. Schattiger Stellplatz für das Auto Fußläufig. Etliche, sehr gute Restaurants vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung von Nicole ist der Hammer! Bestens ausgestattet, sehr großzügig geschnitten und obwohl mitten in der Stadt absolut ruhig. Nicole ist eine super sympathische Vermieterin, die stets um unser Wohlergehen bemüht war. Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung und in Sète sehr wohl gefühlt und können Beides uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Nous avons loué en famille pour une semaine ce magnifique appartement avec une vue splendide. D’abord, l’accueil de Nicole a été très chaleureux et puis tout le séjour a été formidable dans ce logement très propre, spacieux, lumineux où tout est fait pour le bien-être des locataires.
