The house consists of 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen, a large living room; to the north there is a cool patio for breakfast and a solarium in front of the pool; to the south there is a large solarium. Outside there is a shower surrounded by rosemary and oleander. In winter the house is heated by a pellet stove; there is air conditioning in the rooms but its exposure allows it to remain quite cool.
