From a staircase inside the kitchen leads to an open attic area where there are 2 single beds that can be transformed into a double bed. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with important furniture, a hot / cold heat pump, and two bathrooms with shower. From a masonry staircase leads to the 1st floor where there are two double bedrooms both with sea view and equipped with heat pump hot / cold. Also on the 1st floor there is a bathroom The villa is surrounded by two large verandas equipped with all comforts: chairs, deckchairs, table, barbecue .. To brighten up your days of stay, the villa has a large pool of 9 meters x 5 meters depth of 1.50 meters, of course with sea view. Large private parking.
