small natural bays, the villa has a breathless panoramic view, away from the
hustle and bustle of touristic resorts. This residential area, dotted by
luxurious villas scattered around, has an impressive coastline of rocky and
sandy beaches surrounded by Pine tree vegetation, touching the clear
turquoise sea water. Kosta is 6 km away from Portoheli's touristic crowds,
offering easy access to all sort of facilities, shops, restaurants, clubs,
waterskiing and sailing centers.

Short excursions (just an hour drive) to attractive places, such as the
Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, the picturesque town of Nafplion, former
capital of Greece and the fabulous traditional islands of Spetses and Hydra,
makes Kosta an ideal place for relaxing, enjoying the sea and setting for
small interesting escapes nearby.

The Villa is surrounded by a private garden, dotted by Mediterranean plants
and grass, having a splendid view from all different levels of the garden.
With the 300sq m. of spacious area spread in 3 floors, it has sleeping
capacity of up to 10 persons and offers the following amenities:
. 3 master bedrooms (kings size bed) with wooden roofs, wardrobes,
2 sofas( kids bed) and 3 en suite bathrooms for each bedroom. ( 2nd floor)
. 1 regular bedroom ( double bed) with wardrobes and
en suit bathroom (1st floor).
. 1 master bedroom (kings size bed) with wardrobes and
bathroom (ground floor).
. 1 spacious living room in the main entrance, continuing to
the dining room and the kitchen space, along with a WC.
. 1 spacious play- room with a Ping pong , along with wardrobes,
small kitchen, WC, overlooking at the Barbeque level of the garden
. Cooking service is available upon request with extra charge.
. Inflatable boat for excursions to wonderful beaches are available upon request
