Luxurious villa in Porto Heli

The customer's initially requested arrival date was August 10th, which would allow plenty of time from his request for cleaning. Later he suddenly changed his mind and decided to arrive 2 days earlier, FULLY AWARE of the fact that the time might not be enough for cleaning, which finally was not the case, as 2 cleaners spent 6 (and not 3 as claimed) hours, managing to clean the house in time for the arrival.An additional free cleaning service was offered the following day. The tiles of the pool are the ones certified by an industry leader (Piscines Ideales) used in all pools, and have NEVER prompted any complaint nor have they caused any accident whatsoever in the 13 years the villa is being rented. The mosquito nets are in perfect condition and, if properly operated by an adult (and not a child) as clearly demonstrated to the guests upon their arrival, do not cause (and HAVE NOT CAUSED) any accident either. Overall a fastidious customer, who showed right from the beginning his intention to benefit from the current adverse conditions to get a lower price (claiming that he could find properties in Mykonos for the same price). He spent his whole vacation looking for problems in the house, which he eventually uses to claim full refund, as typically expected of this type of customers. AVOID AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!
