It is located within 50 meters of to the sea front and the palm planted and lighted promenede. It is only 60 m from the beach, and within a short walking distance to hotels, bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. Puerto Banus with its restaurants and nightlife is within 10/15 minutes walk and the pleasant, white washed Andalusian town of San Pedro is only within a 3 minute drive. Several golf courses lie minutes away by car. The villa accommodates for 8 adults and 2 children.

Fantastic position.Mr Alphonso is great (he sorts everything out when in the Villa)Garden and pool area lovelyOwner didn’t reply to messages everytime (I had to ring him to arrange access to the Villa)Inside, it just needs gutting and starting again.

Great property in a great location

We just spent six weeks staying in villa el messidor. The owner and caretaker we’re very good to deal with, evening providing a desk for my husband to work at while we were there. The location and the garden area are excellent, although we would of loved some parasols with the sun beds! The house has everything you need for a long term stay. While some of the rooms and bathrooms could do with s bit of modernization we would definitely stay there again.

Belle et vaste villa bien placée

Villa conforme au descriptif, M.Alfonso (notre contact sur place) très sympathique et réactif en cas de problème.Equipements et entretien (jardin, piscine et intérieur) parfaits.Une déco intérieure plus moderne serait la bienvenue(mais c’est une affaire de goût personnel)
