Detached single storey house completely renovated in 2013, south / east exposure, plain and mountain views; peaceful place.
3 rooms, 2 bedrooms, shower room, WC, American kitchen and 56m2 living / dining room opening onto a large bay window onto the terrace. The house brings together an old part in granite stone and a more modern part; an ancient stone wall is visible in the living room. The village is located on a promontory which moderates the heat in summer.

Das Haus von Jean ist toll - und größer als die Fotos suggerieren. Die Lage im Weiler Scalella ist für Ausflüge in den Süden der Insel ideal. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist modern und vollkommen. Check in und Kommunikation mit Jean sind bestens gelaufen. Wir hatten sehr schöne zwei Wochen und kommen gern wieder.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jean, la maison est magnifique, très bien équipée et idéalement située pour visiter la partie sud de l'île. La terrasse permet de profiter des levers de soleil, la maison est suffisamment grande pour que chacun puisse avoir son espace, nous avons eu un petit souci de clim au 1er jour mais Jean a été là pour nous tenir au courant des réparations et arranger notre "chaud" séjour au maximum, il a même eu un "geste" très gentil le dernier jour et il n'était vraiment pas obligé. C'est un hôte au top.Depuis la maison nous sommes proches de toutes les belles plages de cette partie de la Corse, Jean saura vous expliquer où aller pour profiter au maximum. Mais si vous préférez les terres, la montagne ou l'histoire, Bavella n'est pas si loin, tout comme PortoVecchio et Bonifacio.Je recommande cette location idéale en famille ou entre amis.

Repos à la campagne avec mer et montagne à portée

Excellent séjour dans cette belle villa au milieu d un petit hameau. Rénové avec goût et bien équipée, elle permet de partir à pied faire de petites balades et d avoir les plages pas trop loin en voiture. Nous recommandons cet endroit.
