You will be met at the property by our property manager on arrival you will be shown around and given the keys Our representative will spend approximately 5 to 10 minutes with you to show you around then leave you to your holiday.

There is 25€ charge per week for the AC Payable on arrival. A €200 damage deposit will be payable when booking this holiday This will be promptly refunded after 7 days once our property manager has collected the keys and checked the property. For late arrivals after 20.00 Hours and departures before 8.00 am there is an extra meet and greet charge of 25€ payable on arrival.

Lovely Villa

We stayed here for 2 weeks, the villa is a great size and located in a lovely area. A Very spacious clean villa with everything we needed and more. Children loved it and so did we. The Villa is located in a great area of the complex and you can easily see the children playing in the pool. Very helpful people who dealt with us and answered all of our questions when booking and we were able to rent additional baby equipment. Would definitely consider booking this villa again. Thank you

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Urbanisation

ich war mit meiner Frau vom 03.08. bis 24.08.2023 in dieser wunderschönen Anlage und wir hatten einen so erholsamen Urlaub und können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Es war alles vorhanden, sehr sauber, der große Pool wurde alle 2 Tage gereingt. Auch WIFI ist vorhanden. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Familie Ebert

Fantastic pool

Great location in the villa complex very close to the pool which was just ideal. Not busy even in August. Spacious villa, very comfortable, small kitchen. Air con was a godsend at night. Nice places to eat about 1km down the road. I drove because it was too hot to walk. There were a few bars/restaurants up the hill a bit closer but we did not go there. Short drive to the beach and free parking. Was busy there, but to be expected in August. We took a parasol provided by the villa. Thoughtful extras, thank you! We went to relax and that is exactly what we did. Wife, 18 &19 yr old daughters and a 9yr old boy all happy.

Wonderful house

House itself and outdoor area is spacious and well equiped. Joanne and Keith gaves us a warm welcome. A car is needed if you don't want to walk too far and too long in the heat during the summer. The matress on the queensize bed is a bit too hard which gave me and my wife backpain and some sleepless nights but this is a personal matter. The pictures can be updated as it does not give a good impressions of how the spaces actually are. The presence of airconditioning units (extra per week) in 2 bedrooms and in the livingarea might be better mentioned in the description, as well as the free WiFi, as this could be a reason for people to choose or not to choose this property to stay in.The poolarea is great and is cleaned every second day during the summer. We stayed with a teenager (15) and 3 smaller kids (9/6/4) and on day one (after 5 min in the pool) we had some bad discussions with 2 elderly expats (EN and DE nationals) who are living in the adjacent houses and feel they can decide how others in the communty should walk, talk, swim and behave. Too bad that their experience with other renters was the reason to be so aggressive and dominant towards us. That was a bad start but like many families we chose this property especially because it's not a busy, crowed complex. But overall we had a wonderful stay and denied contact with the named persons during our stay, as did other residents with small kids.
