Mooie vakantiewoning met goede voorzieningen

Mooie vakantiewoning in een klein zeer verzorgd complex op korte afstand van centrum Ciudad Quesada, , met ruim aanbod aan restaurants en supermarkten. De vakantiewoning is goed en luxe ingericht met boven 2 ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden en 2 ruime badkamers. Waterdruk van de douche was niet altijd optimaal maar dat ervaren we tegenwoordig vaker in Spanje. Beneden goed ingerichte keuken, eettafel en zitbank en groot tv scherm. Ruim terras en tuin (met kunstgras) buiten met goede bank en stoelen. Complex beschikt over mooie verzorgde tuin inclusief zwembad op korte afstand . Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding, goed contact met de eigenaar en de sleutelservice. Kortom een aanrader voor wie in deze omgeving wil verblijven.

Parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci à Florian et Wendy pour leur réactivité. La maison été sublime comme sur les photos les piscines sont très propres et la résidence très sécurisée. Tout été parfait, emplacement très sympa toutes les commodités sont à proximité. Les enfants sont se éclatés et nous aussi. Je recommande vivement.

Fantastic stay

Had an amazing time staying at Florian’s beautiful holiday villa. The place was spotless and the villa was well equipped with everything you could need. We stayed for 4 weeks. Wendy the agent was very professional. The decor and finishing touches are what really made the stay so special, particularly with having my parents with us for some of the rental period. The complex, Allegra, is stunning.

Luxe moderne vakantiewoning in rustige omgeving

Zowel het huis en het complex is exact zoals op de foto's. Het kleinschalige complex ligt in een rustige wijk en is afgesloten door hekken rondom met op afstand bedienbare toegang. De palmbomen, tuinen en mooie zwembaden geven je een relaxt vakantie gevoel. Op 400 Meter is er een Engelse (Tesco) supermarkt. Op 700 Meter is een Lidl en een Aldi supermarkt. Wil je naar Torrevieja Strand, Zenia Boulevard of de omgeving verkennen dan heb je wel een Auto nodig. Het huis heeft een luxe uitstraling en is modern en licht ingericht. De keuken is van alle apparatuur en benodigdheden voorzien. Alles is aanwezig. De huiskamer heeft een lekkere relax faultuil en zitbank. Een grote Smart TV met diverse buitenlandse TV kanalen. De TV heeft extra HDMI aansluiting dus bijvoorbeeld een google chromecast kan direct worden gekoppeld via de snelle Wifi verbinding. Streaming HD (Netflix, IPTV) over de Wifi werkte probleemloos! Beneden is er een aparte toilet. De airco in de woning is voor beneden en boven gescheiden en dus ook apart in te regelen. De woning wordt probleemloos heerlijk koel gehouden. Op de bovenverdieping zijn twee slaapkamers en twee luxe badkamers met beide een wastafel en toilet. Op het dakterras kun je ook nog heerlijk zonnen. De tuin van het huis is groter dan de meeste woningen op het complex. Hierdoor heb je meer ruimte om gemakkelijk de auto voor de deur te parkeren en gebruik te maken van de zonnebedden in de tuin aan de voorzijde. Een ander voordeel van deze woning ten opzichte van de andere huizen is dat deze aan de binnentuin grenst. Dit is rustiger dan wanneer je direct voor het zwembad zit. Het zwembad is op een afstand van ongeveer 20 meter van de woning en direct toegankelijk vanaf het terras via de binnentuin. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in deze mooie vakantie woning van Florian en Inga. Hun gastvrijheid en behulpzaamheid is geweldig. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!
