Amazing place and host

We had a wondeful time while we stayed at this house. The house is beautiful as shown on the pictures and very clean. Rafel was always helping out if we needed something and took really good care about us. We are definitely coming back.

Maravillosa

Esta casa es una pequeña joya. Estuvimos alojados aquí durante 10 noches y no queríamos que se acabaran. Es una casa nueva, recién construida el año pasado, y hecha con mucho cuidado y detalle. El diseño es muy diáfano y la decoración de súper buen gusto. Estuvimos súper cómodos y tuvimos todo lo que necesitábamos. La piscina y la barbacoa una gozada, las habitaciones perfectas. Todo estaba impoluto cuando llegamos, me sorprendió no haber conseguido ni una miga en una gaveta! Me he hospedado en muchas casas de alquiler y nunca había visto tantos detalles con los huéspedes: vino, cervezas, refrescos, frutas, galletas, quesos y embutidos. En los baños artículos de cuidado personal, como en un hotel! Además de todo, Rafael, el propietario, es súper atento y muy pendiente de que todo funcione bien; nos dio muchas recomendaciones de restaurantes y playas. Vamos que estuvimos felices y seguro volveremos el próximo verano

Super Haus mit perfektem Gastgeber

Alles entspricht der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Rafel, der Gastgeber, kümmert sich von der ersten Minute, hilft und gibt sehr gute Tips. Wenn etwas kaputt ist, kümmert er sich sofort persönlich darum. Das Haus ist super schön, liegt ruhig und sehr sicher. Zu verschiedenen Stränden ist es mit dem Auto nur eine kurze Fahrt. Perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Inmejorable el trato y la casa. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo ,sin duda volveremos. El recibimiento fue inmejorable,nos recibieron con queso mallorquín,vino,refrescos y un sinfín de aperitivos. La casa dispone de gel,champú y todo lo necesario para que la llegada sea perfecta. Rafael siempre disponible para lo que necesites. Una maravilla . Gracias por hacernos una estancia perfecta .

Excellent place

This house is a perfect place to take some confortable rest. Very modern, a lot of space inside but also outside with all the commodities of high level standing. Everything was clean and very well equipped. The pool is big enough to swim but also to play with children of all ages thanks to the small beach. There is no view but you feel more in a cocooning environnement completely safe and no direct view with the neighbors. From there you can go to several beaches or Cala around 15 min away by car. You can also go to the mountain parts easily and it is only 35 min away from Palma airport. Finally Rafel our guest was very friendly and professional. He has responded quickly to our few requests and a lot of things were already anticipated like some drinks (soft/wine/beers) some fruits but also few things in the bathrooms (Shaves, soap, etc). Small details but demonstrating the level of services provided. Certainly one of our best experience in house rental!

Professionnalisme, extrême gentillesse, humanité, sincérité, proximité, propriété d’excellence !!!!....Il n’y a pas de mots pour exprimer toute la joie et le bonheur que nous avons eu en passant cette semaine de vacances dans la propriété de Rafael et sa femme. Tout y est, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, vous ne serez jamais déçu ! La villa est tout simplement superbe, d’une propreté irréprochable, le mobilier et la décoration sont au top, vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous, voir mieux que chez vous !! Si vous appréciez le calme, la beauté des paysages, et la proximité de l’ensemble des sites à visiter, alors cette maison est pour vous. Sans compter sur l’extrême gentillesse et humanité de Rafael et de sa femme sur qui vous pouvez compter à 1500% !!!! Climatisation au top, literie exceptionnelle, piscine magnifique, une maison de rêve... Rafael saura vous conseiller et être présent si vous en avez besoin, tout en préservant l’intimité de vos vacances. Il ne manque absolument rien, si ce n’est que nos vacances étaient trop courtes, et que nous savons où retourner l’année prochaine ! Mille mercis à Rafael et sa femme, du fond du cœur....Muchas gracias...
