Villa Ca na Lloreta is in a great location, a short walk from the beach and amenities of Playa de Muro. The house has a private swimming pool and a large, sunny, south-facing garden. Plus, from the seating area at the top of the unique tower, you'll have marvellous panoramic views over the local area to the countryside and hills.

This 3 bedroom villa has several authentic features, and includes WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all of the bedrooms.

A short private lane leads to Villa Ca na Lloreta own parking area, with a pathway to the entrance.

The combined lounge and dining area has plenty of seating by the TV, including a pleasant built-in bench by the window, as well as an ornamental fireplace and a table and chairs. The living space is traditionally furnished, with a typical tiled floor and beamed ceiling, and has patio doors onto the pool terrace.

The neighbouring kitchen is fully equipped, and has a small breakfast table, with access to the rear of the property via the adjacent utility room. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.

Villa Ca na Ca na Lloreta has a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and 2 twin bedrooms which share a separate shower room. All 3 bedrooms are comfortable and well-furnished, with ample storage space.

From the twin bedroom at the front of the villa, stairs lead up to Villa Ca na Lloreta best feature - a unique tower-top seating area which has windows on all 4 sides, giving you a superb 360° view of the resort. All bedrooms have the benefit of air conditioning/heating

Outside, Villa Ca na Lloreta has a private swimming pool, with a spacious sunbathing terrace on one side, and a large lawned garden to the other. The grounds face south ensuring a good amount of sunshine during the day, but the trees provide ample shade if you need a break from the heat. The patio outside the living area is also covered, creating a comfortable alfresco dining space, complemented by the brick BBQ to the far side of the garden.
