Original building from 1500, residence of Carlo Lodovico di Piccolomini, nephew of Pope Pio II, later expanded.
Farmhouse with pool in Tuscany. Located in an ancient sixteenth-century residence built by Carlo Lodovico de ’Piccolomini, whose skilful restoration has kept intact the charm and charm of a past rich in memories. Located on the natural bastion that closes the Valdichiana to the south, the structure is immersed in the tranquility of a centuries-old park: a maze of box hedges, a typical Italian garden, winds through severe cypresses and tall cedars. Numerous comforts - a panoramic swimming pool, tennis courts, reading and meeting rooms - offer guests all the comforts of an unforgettable and exclusive holiday.
In the lovely private chapel attached to the villa it is possible to celebrate intimate ceremonies and organize refined banquets in the suggestive setting of the residence's park.
The Macciangrosso residence is on two levels and consists of seven comfortable apartments and eight elegantly furnished rooms with bed and breakfast service.
The apartments of the Chiesone, independent structure from the central body, with private garden and parking, guarantee guests more privacy.
