New home comfortable kind Provencal farmhouse. Consisting of 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 ground floor) 1 bathroom upstairs (Italian shower and bath, double basins), 1 bathroom on the ground floor (Italian shower), 2 WC (1 in ground floor and one upstairs).
The main room (living room, dining room) opens on the terrace and the ground floor of the chamber. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Outside is a large covered terrace with a trellis and a large covered part (teak table and chairs wicker) to take all your meals facing the pool (size 7 x 3. 5 ).
In the garden is also a gantry (swing) and a set of garden furniture (chairs and chaise lounges) .The garden also offers a shaded area. This house located in a small subdivision offers the advantage of being in the countryside and enjoy the proximity to shops (5 minutes walk from the village center).
This property is ideally located between the Luberon, the Monts de Vaucluse and the Alpilles, 5 KM from Isle sur la Sorgue and Pernes les Fontaines. Avignon famous for its theater festival is a 30-minute drive away.

Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité et l’accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires. Leur maison est très agréable, confortable et bien équipée; le jardin et la piscine sont bien entretenus et les arbres procurent une ombre bienvenue en période de forte chaleur. Je recommande sans hésitation!

Séjour parfait ! Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. La maison est impeccable, confortable et située dans un quartier très paisible. La piscine et les espaces extérieurs sont ombragés, bien entretenus et sans vis à vis. Le centre‑ville est accessible en 5 minutes à pied. Nous avons passé une semaine vraiment agréable.

Le calme a Velleron

Maison charmante et tout confort, les propriétaires très accueillants et arrangeants … Pas de vis à vis et dune tranquillité, sauf peut être les cigales …. Mais quelle douceur pour les vacances. Intérieur impeccable, ne manque absolument rien ! Confort des terrasses et du jardin. Nous recommandons sincèrement cette location, enfin pas trop sinon nous n’aurons plus de place pour nous l’année prochaine.

Belle location au calme

Jardin avec piscine très agréable. Belle terrasse à l'ombre sous une vigne. Maison bien équipée et très bien entretenue. Petit village très sympa avec tous les commerces et restaurants accessibles à pied en moins de 5 min. Villa au calme et propriétaires disponibles.
